Looks like Mr. Smiley has lost, so I’ll submit some post-mortem propaganda for my silly guy:

Mr. Smiley is a seemingly upbeat guy who is revealed to be on the verge of a nervous breakdown at all times. He’s a single dad who goes to insane lengths to try and protect his daughters. I actually thought he was going to be evil at first because he works for the main villain but he’s not at all and I ended up feeling really sorry for him. He’s funny in an early 2010s internet humor way. Unfortunately he’s my comfort character even though he’s a little bit unsettling.
