The Owl House
After going through every episode of the first season, I’ve drawn a vast majority of characters from The Owl House. Also, a ton of “Human Artifacts.”
Took about a month start to finish.

I’m not sure which name to use. But because I needed to take a break from various projects I’ve been swamped with, I decided to combine a video game I’ve never played with a terrible 90′s comic book crossover. You remember Avengers: The Crossing, right? The one that revealed Iron Man was secretly a villain the whole time? And was replaced by his alternate reality teenage version of himself? And then was killed off because no one cared about Iron Man in the late 90′s? Yeah… So, uh, this is referencing that. (You can check out the comic here, along with the cover I’m referencing.)

Excited to see Edge back, had to draw something to celebrate
Working on a drawing of Edge, since he’s back. The first pic here is my original try, but it wasn’t working quite right so I pasted the sketch over the reference photo I was using. I had gotten really close with the proportions, but I had to mess with the eyes and nose soo they’re all on the same angle.. Now it looks a lot better, but I still need to tweak some stuff. Oh, and finish the entire thing. But one step at a time, right?

The Scarecrow of Romney Marsh
Did anyone else watch this when they were a kid? Old Disney live action movie? About a smuggler during the Revolution? Anyway, it was pretty sweet. I tried a lot of new stuff with this drawing. In particular, I thought “what way would I normally do this?” and then did the opposite. Used brush pens, water brush pen and a white acrylic paint marker.
The theme song will now be stuck in your head forever.

I went to look for this post on my Tumblr here and realized I never posted the updated version!
“Can U C Me?” features 300 wrestlers (or wrestling adjacent entities like Vanguard-1) in a “Where’s Waldo” style page. Can you find John Cena? Can you find Waldo? This version has been updated with 59 new wrestlers, bringing the count all the way up to 300! That’s insane! And a fun afternoon!

NintendOverwatch (supplemental)
Of course, after I finished the original NintendOverwatch picture, they released new characters. So here we are with supplemental pieces I whipped up, and . . . wait . . . what? There’s a hamster now? I JUST FINISHED DRAWING THESE . . . Okay, back to the drawing board. . . .
I’m working on a sketchbook collection and the working title is “Mashups are Just Visual Puns” with the subtitle of “Maybe this is why I don’t have friends.”
