Want to articulate some thoughts about relationships:

- need to remember that relationships are ongoing work and if the other person isnt willing to progress or work on things with you then that isnt your fault

- need to be conscious of my own attitudes towards people and be aware of how I respect/don't respect people and how I convey that

- just remember to be more explicit about affirming people rather than voicing "criticism" of things even if it just analysis in my mind; remember that when you are talking about work you are talking about people

i think people underestimate the power of sitting. sitting down has saved my life. i sit in the shower, i sit to cook, i sit to get dressed, i sit and now i can do those things more and enjoy doing them now because i’m not in unbearable pain from standing!

friendly reminder that you don't need any diagnosis or disorder to adapt your routine to accommodate you! sit down in the shower. brush your teeth and wash your face in the shower. bring a chair to the kitchen while you cook. use unscented products. your routine should be built for you.
