W.C. Barker Jr.

On Last Tuesday 5/30/17 Dr. William C. Barker Jr. was called home.  We Thank You for all the letters, cards and phone calls of support.    The Celebration of his life will be on 6/10/17 at the church he founded, King Solomon United Baptist Church in Jacksonville, FL.    For all updated information make sure to follow the Barker Foundation Facebook page.

The Laundry Project 3/19/16

On 3/19 we partnered with Current Initiatives for the Laundry Project (http://laundrybycurrent.org). Along with our fellow volunteers we were able to help wash over 250 loads of laundry!!! Click the picture below to see all the pictures.

The Barker Foundation Jacksonville would like to thank the 2015 Ministry Legends Honors planning committee for their hard work and dedication and to our program participants, thank you.

A very special thank you to the Pastor and staff of The Bethel Church for opening their doors to us for this event.

Our goal was to honor these 6 Men of God for their many years of commitment to the ministry and we are most grateful to God for blessing their work over the years. Let us continue to encourage and support them in everyway we can. To God Be The Glory For Great Things He Has Done!
