Okay, quick little question to those who have shifted/mini-shifted/in the process of almost shifted— when it comes to visualisation and becoming aware of your DR, do you visualise the place you’re planning to ‘wake up’ in (i.e. DR bedroom) or do you find yourself visualising your DR in general? Like, observing and visualising a possible situation or a random scenario related to that reality?
I know that everyone has their own personal ways and methods, but I was curious to know what helps people focus more, or what makes them feel more connected—whether that be focussing on a certain moment (i.e. first waking moment) or general scenarios and vibes <3
