review in Art and Cake A review of Oblique Phases written by Shana Nys Dambrot was just published in Art and Cake. The solo exhibition is on view at Walter Maciel Gallery in Los Angeles until June 22.
Oblique Phases at Walter Maciel Gallery Oblique Phases, my fourth solo exhibition at Walter Maciel Gallery in Los Angeles, opened April 27 and will continue through June 22. The show includes new works in animation, sculpture and audio from both The Janus Restraint and Fragments of Space.
Fragments at UMW Media Wall A selection of works from the Fragments of Space series was featured on the UMW Media Wall at the University of Mary Washington in October.
public videos in Lincoln NE A selection of video animations is once again on view at the public Cube Art Project in downtown Lincoln, NE. These works were also featured on the display in January 2018.
Lucite Plains begins at Open Spaces The Lucite Plains showcase for the Open Spaces biennial began last night at SubTropolis. There will be a total of seven shows over the October 19-21 weekend with each featuring a 45 minute set in a site specific installation. A full schedule of the times and days is available here.

Art in the Loop installation
Totemic Persona, a video and image work for Art in the Loop, was installed today on the KC Streetcar line. A large vinyl image appears on the Metro Center northbound stop at 12th and Main in downtown Kansas City. There are also printed images inside car 802. Video clips play on all KC Streetcar kiosks every 15 minutes.
