I'm a 32 year old autistic woman who has decided that growing up is optional!

I like to watch cartoons, like Pokémon, The Powerpuff Girls, and pretty much all Disney movies, as well as the Ghibli movies!

When I'm not writing in my journal, I'm usually playing Stardew Valley or asleep.

#1: You will be way more emotional! Every emotion feels way stronger. Don't be surprised if you cry just because. Little you needs to let it out.🐶🌸

#2: You may feel too hot or too cold! Don't be ashamed to put on those cozy pajamas and footies, or to take off some layers.🐱🌼

#3: You might need to go potty more! Feeling younger includes feeling more in-tune with your body. Don't ignore it!🐳🪸

#4: You may have a harder time talking and spelling! Little you doesn't care so much about that stuff, so don't be surprised if words and writing are more difficult. 🐇🪻

#5: Littlespace looks different for everyone! There is no right or wrong way to regress. Do what feels right and healthy for you!🦄🌺
