Remember when harry needed to know if Sirius had become a ghost and nick explains how to? He says he became a ghost because he was afraid of death and chose to remain behind. Now, who do we know who fears death above all else? Voldemort. Now imagine Voldemort’s ghost (it would have to be really faint [or tiny, your choice] because he only had 1/8th of a soul) floating around for eternity, staring longingly at food, and being very extremely angry and having no way to let it out. Imagine a tiny Voldemort ghost (I chose tiny) vibrating in pure fury. You’re welcome

Just started rereading Harry Potter again and I realized that when the Dursleys' try to outrun the Hogwarts letters they go to Snape's hometown, Cokeworth, where another hundred letters are delivered to Harry.

So now I can't get the image of Severus Snape, with a bag shoved to bursting with letters, turning up at said hotel early in the morning and just emptying the lot of it onto the front desk and storming dramatically outta there out of my head.

Damn I wish I could draw 🤣

(I mean, it would make sense for him to be the one to deliver it seeing as it's the school hols and he lives splat in the middle of that town lmao)
