Since the ceasefire has been announced, all my local pro Palestine groups have been silent and not announced the ceasefire except one.
One of the ones which are silent even is postponing the viewing of that mackelmore directed film about the encamptments.
The one which did announce that a ceasefire has been reached, in the same post they shared, also said that they wanted a siege on Israel from palestine. So, they don't want a ceasefire or an end to the war, they just want israel to stop attacking and for palestine to continue.
And it's sad that the ones which are silent haven't said anything about a ceasefire. Because it's amazing news!!!! It's what we want!! Why don't you want to shout it from the roof tops? It's what you've been protesting for.
I can tell you why, because it was never about a ceasefire, it was never about peace. Only one group has had the balls to be open about the reason. They want israel to just sit there and take violence without doing anything. They want half of the world's jews to be under siege, not peace.
Yeah, no wonder the Palestinians don't feel so excited about a ceasefire when the fucking settler state keeps killing their people and then launch a surprise attack killing 844+ Palestinians, and suddenly enact a total blockade on everything. You sick twisted little fucks will dehumanize Palestinians at every instance, believing you are the victims while Palestinians live in fear that the settler colonial army will launch another attack, fully knowing they're at their mercy.
