Barely registering the glass smashing in her hand, the Joker blinked.  She did know this Bat.  But hadn’t he been younger?  And kind of nicer?

"How long’s it been since I was here?”

Between all of his fingers was small black balls the size of marbles. He tosses one set in the air over her and rolled the other set on the ground. They started to pour out a thick, smelly black smoke that consumed the area surrounding her.

His heart raced the entire time he saw her waltz around the store and breaking things in her chatoic symphony. With rage, anxiety and exictement he waited for her to leave. The mintue she rushed out he did in a similar manner, changing into the costume he just got out of. He never put that cowl on so fast.

Batman jetted off and was only moments away from her. He felt like all of his senses was on a overload, any clue to get to her. He then caught sight of her and slammed into the ground with one fist into the pavement and on one knee. Looking up with a intense scowl he meets his joker face to face, again.

Had she met this Bat before?  She ran into so many of them every time this damn teleporting thing happened that she honestly wasn’t sure.  He looked angry enough to make her think they might have met, but that was the default Bat expression in most Gotham Cities.  Whatever.  It wasn’t her Bat and so she had no interest.

"Fly away, little Bat.”   She was far too busy making Molotov cocktails to deal with him.  Why was it that when she wanted her own Batwoman’s attention, the vigilante was never around, but as soon as she went to another world they descended on her in droves?

Batmanbeyond2 started following you

 Nico had been more busy then she’d like to admit. Generally, crime never became overwhelming for her, that was partly because Batman was around. However, it seemed like Batman had disappeared, or died perhaps. She had at east expected a replacement to show up, but so far, she hadn’t heard of one. She packed up her weapons and headed out, Batman or not, she still had a job to do.

Mugger, lowest form of scum. Tried to mug a pregnant woman, even lower. This batman witnessed this and wanted to make him an example in this apparent 'batmanless' world. He even gave him a metal bat so he could feel like he had a chance in combating him. The mugger swings and misses, he punches him in the stomach and  kicks him over on the ground. "You think you are a big man?" he circles around him. This batman was at one point, full of humor and was a easy going batman, but turned into a near brutal outlaw. ((soo sorry i took soo long!))

Bats and Harls ~ Got a Visitor

Harley was laying in her cell, orange jumpsuit and hair tied back into a tight ponytail, she was allowed that after complaining about it being in her face. Sitting up as the guards walked by she flipped one off and he chuckled shaking his head, she was nothing more then Joker’s old rag doll to them, she wasn’t any threat in their minds. Laughing a little to herself Harleys sighed a bit standing she walked to the cell door and looked up, there was a thin window open to let fresh air circulate the room, missing meals on purpose she was small enough to fit. Climbing up the cell door using her fingers and toes she pulled herself up and out the window after the guards rounded the corner.

Slipping down the hall she was about to go to her usual hiding spot when some guards wondered down the hall she attacked, they were much of a fight and she hurried to her little vent entrance after climbing some boxes and kicked them down. Crawling about in the vents she reached the place they all connected, her own little hide out she settled down to let th guards freak then settle. She wasn’t escaping, just getting her own space with out any of those damn cameras.

In a alternate past, one to seems that has a missing batman. He gladly stepped up and filled his shoes. Even though wearing his batsuit, nobody questioned if he was 'batman' or not. In his world he did 'rounds' where the supervilians was apprehended. Entering Arkham he was feeling uneasy, like something was wrong, a sixith sense. ((awesome starter btw, no way i can get near as good as that lol))

The clerk behind the counter scrambled to the floor in deep rooted fear. “Im so sick of the joker gang..” he trembles. Our hero on the other hand heard the shot, and let a batarang slide through his jacket sleeve but when he was about to raise his hand to throw it at this criminal.

To his twisted and heart retching realization he made eye contact with the one that got away. Not just any criminal but the joker, his joker. This was a chance for him to right in his mind the biggest wrong he ever dealt with.

He then looks away and starts getting on the floor himself, knowing if she knew his identity and saw his true face behind the cowl would be devastating. He played part, did the act of being common man as he evaluated his situation, expecting anything and everything.

The Joker amused herself by knocking the expensive-looking bottles off the shelves as she made her way around the store.  She was beginning to realize, by the look of the bar codes and cash register, that yet again, she wasn’t in her own Gotham.  Frowning, she knocked over an entire shelf, neither checking nor caring if there was anyone on the other side of it.

She didn’t like teleporting against her will like that.  It never brought her anything but trouble.  Once, her mind had even tried to convince her that a new Gotham was where she had always been.

Grabbing what she needed, the Joker rushed out.  She’d fire bomb all of this stupid fake Gotham until there was nothing left.

Just changing out of his suit, this batman goes to the local liquor store. Acting as a civilian in the shady part of Gotham. He had no fear of anybody getting a jump on him so he goes to where the cheapest scotch is with no cost going into the bad area. Adjusting the glasses on his face he opens the door and enters the store.

Molotov cocktails were hilarious, but those things didn’t make themselves.  The Joker wasn’t in the habit of carrying bottles of vodka on her person, so she wandered around until she found a liquor store.  Gotham’s streets got more convoluted every day.  It was as if they rearranged themselves when she wasn’t looking.  Had no one in this city heard of planning and zoning?  Whatever.  She threw open the door, firing a few warning shots into the air.

Lesser minds would have snapped under the realization that, while they had the power to move from one world to another, they could not control when or where they ended up.  The Joker, however, was not a lesser mind.  She had come to the comforting realization that every place in the multiverse was made for her, that everyone in every world knew her and had been waiting for her to come along.  Even if they pretended to have no clue who she was.

This world would be no different.

She was slightly disappointed that he had to leave so soon, but she knew that it must have been pretty important, if he had to cancel an appointment with her father. "Okay," she said. "I'll, uh...tell him you were here, then." She realized then that she wouldn't be able to contact him when they got the appointment scheduled. In fact, besides not having his contact information, she hardly knew anything about this stranger. "Will I see you again?" She realized too late how this question sounded, and she blushed slightly, looking down at her shoes. "I mean, to tell you when your appointment is."

"Yeah Ill defintley be around quite a bit." He says starting to walk away with confidence. Chris had no reason to leave due to being an additional batman to gotham, this past gotham. He then walks fast out of the building and into a path between bulidings in which he could change into batman. He jets off to the scene of the crime where the police radio app he installed directed him.

He was still fast asleep as he is unaware of the entire situation that his going on. His head rested against the wall and his arms crossed, he was too comfortable and too deep in a sleep to awaken from something small. This batman would wake up and have a rude awakening and keep on this endless chase of batman vs. joker.

The Joker was bleeding, both from the wrists and the arm where she’d pulled out the IV.  She had nothing but a hospital gown because grabbing clothes or even shoes hadn’t seemed as important as getting out of the hospital right away.  Her throat was still a little sore, but far more importantly, something had changed about Gotham.  Had it always looked like this?  It must have…but she didn’t remember it this way.

Batman was in a deep sleep and did not even budge. The hospital staff was in the middle of trading shifts so no one was available to see or stop the joker. This was a horrible coincidence for him, making his manhunt start all over again.

She noticed the sound of a buzzing phone, but she didn't ask. Anyone who wanted to talk to her father probably got a lot of calls, although Chris didn't really look like a businessman. "Nice to meet you, Chris," she said, smiling. "My...Mr. Wayne's in a meeting right now, but I can get you in at some point today. How much time do you have?" She asked the question in order to change the subject, hoping that he'd forget about the fact that she'd almost said 'my father'. God, she had to be more careful. This guy seemed nice enough, but still---better safe than sorry, especially with strangers who wanted to meet with her father.

"Well actually I just got a call and It kind of put a damper on all my plans, I may have to set up a time to talk to him in the future." If anything he knew that protecting gotham came first, any batman of any time period.

“Hey,” Ivy looked over at him with a smile as she removed her gloves. She waved a bit. “Well hi or something.” She couldn’t help but notice how tired he looked but she wasn’t about to just pry. She had only just met him.

Her wrists were still bandaged from the scratches she’d made in the jail cell.  Rubbing them against the cuffs for a long enough period ought to knock off the bandaging on her arms, which meant the cuffs wouldn’t be so tight.  And the friction would reopen the wounds, which meant blood as a lubricant.  Sorry, Bats, no way am I going back to Arkham.  With any luck, he’d stay out until she could escape.

He then planned out a route in his head. “Go this way.” he points in a direction no where near  a hospital or anyplace that could get him in a wreck of trouble. It was heading towards the manor. “Thanks by the way.” he says looking at her still holding he side of his face

Marina let out a light chuckle, her eyes fixed upon the fast cars passing by. The streets would be silent, except for the few wave of four, five cars randomly passing by. “Don’t worry. You seemed like someone who was in need of help.” she commented, and turned her head towards him for a moment, before finally driving the car onto the road. “Does it hurt?” she continued referring to him covering his face.

"Yeah, somewhere between a little and alot, no big deal." he says jokingly to lighten the mood as much as possible. He keeps directing her towards the manor as he is in a sense enjoying the fact he is sitting down and not running around like the crime fighting madman that he is.

"Lets go here." he nods his head to a bar that he likes, not only he likes but he knows its not bugged or anything out of the ordinary. Most of all he really enjoyed the fact he can have a private conversation with someone there, a conversation like this, a conversation nobody can overhear. He politely leads her to his bar of choice, holding his kind attitude but always aware, always observing.
