     The stranger was greeted with a startled yelp after bumping into the now trembling canine, neither expecting to find anyone else walking their guardian’s manor no doubt. A hushed greeting was offered by the smaller chimera, trying to make peace despite her clear discomfort.

@batnte is the first successful human to animal transmutation she’s ever performed. A few months after she came home from Ishval, she found him half dead in the streets. On a whim, she made the attempt to save his life through chimera-transmutation and one of her favorite creatures: the bat. It succeeded, and Dante became like a son to her. He’s always out and about, eyes turned red to give him a piece of her, and as she saved his life - he’s incredibly loyal to her side. 

She truly loves and cares for him, giving the two of them a mother/son type of relationship. However, Christina doesn’t know what it really means to be a mother, so Dante works hard to fill her heart with as much love as he can. I believe, by the time the promised day has passed, she’ll have learned to love, and accept that she can be loved in return.

Any man entering her life will know of Dante’s existence, and by extension, her nature as an alchemist.

I just saw a kid yell ‘fuck off’ at the top of his lungs and then his phone started ringing so he picked it up like 2 fucking milliseconds after it started ringing and said “hi mama” in the softest god damn voice I’ve ever heard
