How I'd bring Nightwing back

Don't judge this too much it's just scatterbrained thoughts and ideas.

When William Cobb meets Dick he tells him straight up that he's his great great grandfather and roughly explains the court of owls to explain why William is still alive. After the traumatic experience that Bruce put him though (making him watch a video of his own shooting) Dick is more open to being closer to William. After all this is his only living family member and he doesn't expect him to act a certain way. Less pressure. He joins the the court of owls willingly and spends a couple issues as Talons partner before eventually finding out that they were the ones behind his loss of memory. They were there in the hospital and pretty much erased his memory themselves. Here's where we get a pretty cool fight with Dick and Talon that ends in almost a standstill. Dick beats talon pretty good but by the end they are both pretty damaged. That's when Dick gets the idea. Talon wants Dick as a partner but not only that. He wants him to be a part of the court of owls. Eventually placing him among the highest of their ranks. Talon believes that Dick could eventually even lead the court of owls. Dick stabs himself. This is probably gonna be a cliffhanger at the end of an issue. The reason that talons live so long is that they are put into regenerative pods. With Dick stabbing himself he puts Talon with a choice. It's either Talon lets his heir die or places him in a pod which may just undo the work they put in to erase his memories. Dick doesn't want to be what they made him. Talon folds and carries a passed out Dick to a pod. Will he survive? Is it too late? Of course not but you know. The next issue takes place in Dicks mind and is a rundown of his history. We see his parents getting killed, his life as a penniless circus performer, his experience in the juvenile detention center, becoming Robin, being shot and beaten by two face, being kicked out of the batcave, becoming Nightwing ect. Issue ends with Talon coming to the pod to see it broken open. He smirks. Next issue we see Dick on a motorcycle rolling up to what looks like an unfinished building. It's only a first floor pretty much. He explains in narration that he remembers everything. All the great amazing times he had with friends and heroes that love him. All the terrible times being abused and used and attacked and tortured and fucking seeing his friends die and fucking being blamed for so much shit he had no control over!!!!!! I digress. Here's where he becomes Nightwing again. He explains in narration. This is where his parents died. The land was sold and was going to be built upon before Bruce Wayne bought it himself for twice the amount it was worth. Dick never knew why he did this. It's been years and it's just been sitting here. Dick enters breaking down a metal door and roaming the cement structure of what would've been an office building or something by now. He finds the place. Just plain cement but he takes a sledgehammer to that shit. Underneath is his nightmare. He dives in the dark hole into the sand. Underneath the cement is a small dark place almost akin to a crawlspace. It's a small dark pit and he's met with the sand that once ran with his parents blood. He could just stay here. He could burry himself in this sand and let his pain become him just like batman. He cries. No dialogue. No sound effects. Let visuals do the talking and eventually he comes out as Nightwing. (Not in costume but you get the point) Dick could've easily become batman. A person who is driven by his pain but Nightwing is someone who rises out of that pain to be a better person.
