Here’s a redo of Ach Herr lass dein lieb Engelein using real A415 tuning, and WAV instruments instead of VSTs, because you can’t actually detune VSTs in OpenMPT!

So I have this book of sheet music called Bach’s 371 Harmonized Chorales and it’s just been gathering dust for the past 3 years, so in order to improve my own musicality I’ve decided to sit here and transcribe them all into Impulse Tracker. I plan on using A415 tuning for all of them, and eventually I’ll provide all the IT files as well.

This is the first one in the book, Aus meines Herzens Grunde.

It’s written in E♭ but sounds like D because period tuning had the A at 415Hz instead of the modern 440.
