This is today. It doesn't have to be tomorrow, nor the day after. It doesn't have to reflect who I am, what I stand for, nor how much I love myself. It's just an number and it doesn't mean anything other than a goal. Remember that: it doesn't mean anything.

This is February. When it all begins. I am happy. Afraid. Excited. Eager to get to my goal. It’s hard to visualize myself there: happy & healthy, while not underestimating the [hard] work it will take.
