art student!lee taeyong x stranger!reader
Taeyong often goes to the park to draw as his way of releasing stress. It frustrated him how he couldn't draw anything that day. But then he looked around, and his eyes can't help but to be fascinated by you. He didn't expect that in every scribble he does, he will fall in love with a stranger on the park.

It was a normal day for Taeyong. Nothing special really happened. He just went on with his life like the usual, casually exploring some minor things here and there but needless to say it was just like any other day.
Taeyong being in an art related course is something that makes him and his artistic soul happy, especially when his parents are very supportive on his choice. Although he doesn't feel pressured, he's always stressed. He gets stressed more often, he always lack sleep and he was surprised that the cause of his stress is the cause of his joy. Taeyong then found a solution. He goes to the park every Saturday morning and he draws whatever he wants as the morning breeze blows. Who knew the thing he's stressed about is the same thing that calms him down.
As the boy was walking around, finding the perfect place to scribble his heart out, he watched children run around and a soft smile was plastered on his face. Settling down on a bench under a big tree, he breathed in, the cold morning air was refreshing. Taeyong whipped his sketchbook and pencil case out of his bag, opening the case of get a pencil and an eraser. He flipped the sketchbook open, finding an empty page. Once he found one he closed his eyes for a moment and started scribbling his stress and worries away.
It's safe to say that this remedy of his works. That's why this has become a part of his routine. Taeyong feels lighter, the weight of his emotions are being lifted with every stroke of his pencil.
Taeyong posts his artworks on his instagram account, and so far the results of his own therapy session is a positive one. He already made ten artworks in a span of three weeks, he didn't just draw one thing every Saturday morning, he draws until he feels like it's enough. Until he feels satisfied.
However, this week wasn't a very good week for him. His artwork for a project got declined many times with the professor saying the same thing over and over again. "It's not good enough, revise it again." He needed to switch shifts resulting to him working on a night shift than his usual afternoon shift meaning sleep is something he won't be able to grasp in his hands.
The stress was consuming him, it was devouring his mind slowly. He just came home from his shift and it was 12 am, he changed into something more comfortable then started working on his project again. Bit by bit he slowly feels unsatisfied, afraid it's not good enough. He worked on it for hours, the time allotted for sleep was now allotted to work. He felt tired but he can't stop now, as a perfectionist, he won't be able to just stop now until he's satisfied.
Frustrated, he looked at the time. 5:06 am. Taeyong chuckled bitterly then he sighed in distress. He stood up and stretched his limbs, he took a small peak on the tiny space his curtains couldn't cover, it was indeed morning. He had second thoughts if he should go to the park today but since his own therapy session helps him release stress, he cleaned up his mess and got what he needed. As he was making his way to the park, it kind of felt different for him. The atmosphere wasn't the same and he thought it might be because of the state he was in these past few days.
Taeyong sat down and took a deep breath, "Everything will be ok, Taeyong." He reassured himself. But once again, with every scribble he does the satisfaction and peace of my mind he wanted isn't what he got. Taeyong was frustrated, the stress just gets bigger. He looked around wanting to find inspiration and that's when his eyes landed on a stranger. Taeyong felt something different when saw the person, he can't get his eyes off of this woman, it was like he was bewitched. A faint red tint spread across his cheeks, she was beautiful. She was like the Aphrodite of the modern world. Taeyong was fascinated. He quickly started sketching, eyeballing her soft features. It took him minutes to be done and when he looked st the drawing, he smiled. Taeyong was satisfied.
The following week, he can't get the stranger out of his head. He can't get rid of the image of her soft features. He was mesmerized and fascinated. He always stared at the drawing, sometimes he adds more details. Such as the flower crown he added during his lunch break and the detailed background he is scribbling this very moment. The background was a gazebo filled with flowers, with wisterias hanging down on the pillars and butterflies were surrounding the whole scene. It was ethereal.
Saturday came and he was already on his way to the park. There was a small piece of him wishing to lay eyes on the stranger again. And his wish did came true. She was there on the same place, her pastel yellow sweater made her stand out from the people that surrounds her, mainly because they all wore neutral colors. Taeyong felt his heart beating fast and he was surprised. "Why am I anxious?" He asked himself. He sat down and starts to draw, he was stealing glances at the stranger, it was a portrait of her again. Taeyong somehow feels calmer. Much more calmer than when he started doing his own therapy session. He continued with his thing without knowing the more he draws, the more he falls in love.
The particular routine lasted for five weeks. For seven pages it was just the stranger's face and Taeyong didn't mind that, in fact he liked it. He loved it. He doesn't know if he should continue doing this, but he has no bad deeds and only enjoys drawing this specific person. While Taeyong was busy tweaking some things in the drawing, he didn't notice the stranger approaching him, she sat down beside him and Taeyong has his full attention on what he's doing. The girl chuckled softly, her cheeks were flushed and she smiled softly.
She noticed Taeyong ever since the first week and needless to say she was very flustered. She didn't know if he noticed, but her cheeks were very red that day and even until the following weeks. She waited for him every Saturday morning as someone told her he always comes to the park. She would steal glances at him and would have a small smile plastered on her face. She wasn't a fan of cliches but it was love at first sight.
Taeyong finally looked up and was confused why the stranger was gone, that was until he noticed the figure beside him, it was her and it made him slightly jump. Both of their faces were red as they had eye contact, Taeyong couldn't believe she's right beside him and she couldn't believe she's looking at him up close.
"Hi, I'm (Y/N)... May I see your drawings?"
