so pickles has been throwing up recently and i think i know the problem!

he's been doing it a lot but with me narrowing down his food intake, it seemed to stop. but i think i fucked that up yesterday giving him more food than usual

he seems to over eat or eat too fast and i think thats because aubie, my other cat, comes in to eat pickles' food so its like pickles is trying to stop that by eating too fast at one time

so what i plan to do is

have three planned meal times for pickles. ( every 4 hours / three times a day in a 12 hr period (i heard that is good for cats ) ) i wanted to feed him more than the recommended two times but still the same amount of food a day because i feel like he'd go hungry because he likes food

these meal times will be only with him, only him! no other cats! that way he doesnt feel rushed!

and i plan on possibly getting a slow feeder bowl if it continues to slow his food intake

and some toys :)

i talked to my therapist today about how manic and panicky i get about my writing / blogs and she encouraged me to write more and interact more with people but to take steps back when i feel overwhelmed. so i'm gonna do that. catch me on @heartliar for roleplay things and stay here for regular bullshit

I'm taking my cat Pickles to the vet for a rabies shot in the morning and I've never been so nervous. He's a big boy but he's older and I bought him a bigger carrier because he's fat and I'm just a big ball of worry since I've only taken him three times before. My precious baby
