I started this account to be able to be myself and be able to feel free within lesbianism and butchness! Especially when the world is always trying to demonize your identity. Society has drilled the idea that lesbianism needs to be soft and anything else is disgusting and should not be acknowledged.
Having so many others tell you that your identity is gross has only made me want to be even louder in who I am. Making this account was the start to that.
I ended up meeting the love of my life on here. Someone who is unapologetically herself, just like me! She has shown me ways to feel comfortable in who I am, really allowing me to become the Butch I've always wanted to be.
Though I might've just made this account, met my love a few months later, and then completely disappeared for a few months afterwards... Sometimes that person makes life worth wild and you need to step back to fully enjoy the world with them! She's made me feel loved like no one has ever done before, and it really just happens when you least expect it!
No matter what relationship it is, platonic, romantic, sexual, and many more... The important people really can help drown out all that society tries to throw at us. Really just be yourself, loudly be yourself, no matter who tells you not to be. We all need this now more than ever.
