US and Iran

Unfortunately I think it is becoming apparent that the US is now on a path towards the invasion of Iran.

I also do not think the US could ever win that war, and that, I fear, will only lead to prolonged fighting and more generalised attacks, with higher civilian and combatant casualties.

It is indeed a sad state of affairs.
