The difference between a walk and run cycle

One of the biggest differences between a walk and run cycle, is that the run cycle will have frames where the character is not touching the ground. While the walk cycle, at all times, the character is touching the ground. Some other differences is that the angle of attack of the characters body is a lot more dramatic, and the character will be in a lot more extreme poses which does not mean that there will be any less frames within the cycle.
