OKAY SO. here’s the deal, pals. i am in need of some serious assistance financially. my dad is the sole income in the home with very sparse payments through child support from my mother. with our house payment, internet / phone / satellite bill on top of my medical bills   (   including a new psychiatrist that isn’t covered by our insurance meaning i pay 195$ / 135£ a single hour appt.   ), our budget is VERY tight. currently, we have been struggling to meet ends meet   &   literally as i type this, i’m stuck at my best friend’s house for the weekend due to limited access to internet at my house. not to mention the big fat zero in both my dad   &   i’s bank accounts. groceries need to be bought, my therapy   &   psych appointments to be paid for   &   i have absolutely no way of providing any sort of help to my dad. here is where tumblr comes in. at least for a little while until we can get back on our feet.

       IT’S SUCH A FAMILIAR touch that she’s almost tricked into thinking he is gentle, something more than the wolf she knows him to be. Under the blanket of skin and tightly woven muscles lays the wolf, ready to burst free. But she had loved that wolf ( she still did ) and as he draws her in closer, into the depth of the den — a home for wolves, she is reminded of the first time. When her hair hung past her shoulders and wide eyes held innocence. “ It was a different world then, ”  she mused.

LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD: lapetitered

           EVEN WITH ARMS WRAPPED tightly around his neck, her body trembles with faded adrenaline and fear as it seeps out. It was not like she wouldn’t have survived, it was the damage that frightened her— the what ifs that will haunt her dreams for the weeks to come. But in his arms; her SAVIOR, everything is okay. The carnage that lays around their feet is familiar, a small comfort among the pandemonium because he came. Later she would worry about how he found her, about the trail of blood they will leave in this deserted alley. For now, she just needs him to hold her— to make it okay. 

At the loss of his touch she whimpers and then silenced by bitter tasting lips, surprised at the gentleness — soft with the harsh metallic smeared across her lips. And her eyes close, cherishing this side of him. Fierce and protective, a lover and a protector — these are the things that caused her heart to fall so deeply for him. This is not the first time he has SAVED her, despite how interwoven their lives are it confounds her again. He always saves her. Slowly her eyes open, tears shining in their depths. 

             “ I— you saved me, ” she whispers softly, barely audible but she knows he hears her. “ I thought — I thought…” Yet she can’t say the words. The fear was barely manageable and the mother of wolves did not cringe. She was not weak and yet, in Dhaval’s arms she wished to weep until no more tears would fall, until her heart beat felt calm once more. 

          FACT———— that has definitely been spilled from her lips too many times, cause a mischievous smile to reveal canines. from the minute he stole her, and from the second she stole him; he would NEVER let harm come to her. countless times he had made it there before his damsel in distress had a finger laid on her, though tonight was another story. his EYES reflected his worry of her. hands ran up her beautifully sculptured body, not wanting to ———B R E A K  such BEAUTIFUL art. HANDS cupping her face, THUMBS caressing her skin, and his CHIN that lifted, tilting upwards as lips pushed out to meet her forehead, before thumbs wiped the tears before they left her cheek.  

          ❛    it’s over now, my LOVE. no more tears, now.   ❜ he took another look at her; endearment, love, worry and care. letting their lips MEET and MELT together once more, a bit more lengthy kiss. parting with a light nibble to her lower flesh.  ❛   let’s go home. get you washed up.   ❜ it was always about HER, cuts and scratches on his skin from the defending VICTIMS, it was always about her, he just wanted her safe——— EVEN IF sometimes that IS NOWHERE near HIM.

                     IMMORTALITY WAS NOT FULL PROOF, they could grab at her soft flesh and tear at the silks wrapped around her frame. The thick stench of whiskey on their breath fans over her skin, making her stomach twist with disgust. When she cringes they only laugh because the poor Indian girl is scared. They say her nationality like it is an insult and not something to be proud of. They want her to cry, to see her shake with fear and oh, the disappointment they will face. Fear does not come easy to her, the girl in love with the big bad wolf — a man who will tear out her throat or eat her alive.

And yet, when her layers of jewelry is striped away, her eyes close and she resigns herself to this. The attack will leave a mark, a tremble in her hand but she WILL survive. There’s no other choice.

A soft growl echoes down the alleyway and whiskey breath is gone, eyes focused on the looming figure. Esme doesn’t open her eyes, she knows that growl, the sound of his shift. How he found her was another mystery, always managing to seek her out and this time he would save the day. She didn’t need to open her eyes to know what is happening, the sound of flesh being torn away echoes along with the gentle patter of blood.

When it’s still, when there is only two heartbeats left, she opens her eyes. This time her resolve drops, eyes widening in an attempt to hold back tears.In an instant, arms wrap around his shoulders, not caring about the mess he is because she’s a mess and she needs him. Tomorrow she would deny that but for tonight, for just now, she needed him.

          when you’ve been with someone for APPROXIMATELY 600 SOMETHING YEARS you tend to grow a sixth scent, that picks up when they are close, and when they NEED you. the pain of the thought of her being hurt rushed through his bloodstream, his BONES outstretched, jaw DISLOCATING, developing into a VICIOUS fanged mouth, and as he ran, he slowly pushed himself down on all fours. hands and feet now resembled paws. black hair began to SPREAD and cover his entire body. he was now out to kill, his fangs and claws were THIRSTY. 

     THE BIG BAD WOLF HAS COME AGAIN.

          when he saw the sight of HIS woman, being handled as if she was a mere OBJECT only made the situation that they were in a WHOLE lot worse. a low, threatening growl was rumbling from the wolf’s throat, fangs PRESENTED to their next toy. without giving the drunken strangers a chance to run, he POUNCES. Claws ripped through skin, and fangs tore through throats. screams that once filled the empty streets were now silenced. lifeless bodies, laying in pools of blood. as the transformation REVERSED dhaval picked up a piece of cloth that WASN’T drenched in blood, wiping the lower half of his face, cleaning his lips with a SWIPE of his tongue. with torn clothes he stood in front of his LOVE. eyes rapidly scanning her body searching for any sign of arm, though interrupted as she threw her arms around him. STRONG ARMS HELD HER TIGHTLY. reassurance, and comfort is what he could give her. pulling away seconds later to take in her features.

For once they could pretend this fairy tale had a happy ending.
