To be fair ‘crush’ brings to mind a certain kind of innocence Asena does not seem capable of.

Does this count as a valentine’s day drawing if I started on that day? It’s hardly a month later…

I have a lot of headcanon about the lead up to the wedding but the event itself is absolutely raucous.

Not gonna finish this dad!Gale sketch so I just cleaned it up a bit.

I’m not gonna say their kids intentionally ask to go for walks when it’s raining to look for cute stray animals to tug at Asena’s heartstrings, but I will say this is far from an isolated incident.

Asena is perfectly comfortable with nonsexual nudity (you kind of have to be as a werewolf, the clothes don’t come with), but seeing a chance to make Gale blush activates her prey drive.

Childhood encounter AU! BabbyGale got separated from his mom mushroom hunting and rather than stay put he ended up more lost trying to show off his navigation skills, luckily helping people lost in the woods is literally Asena’s whole upbringing.

They’re the same age but Asena is a runt.

I don’t think Asena would leave Baldur’s Gate without at least doing a scrying to make sure Astarion’s alive and avoiding them on purpose, she takes her commitment as his first friend very seriously. After that she just has to rely on secondhand accounts of sightings by Minsc via Jaheira.

You know that “Ha!” Gale does when he dodges an attack? I’m imagining a more good natured version of that. Just, like, a little bark of a laugh.

Funny enough, since I originally used Asena as a serial one shot character, in another life she has actually been in an adventuring party with a lizard wizard (they were not romantically involved and it also may have been a tiny sentient wizard hat controlling a regular lizard).
