Hello! My name is Caleb, and me and my best friend Mae are trying to raise funds for our other best friend, Allanah.
My bestfriend, Allanah, has aggressive Leukemia. She needs a bone marrow transplant. Our first step towards her getting one is to find a match, so the first thing we are tackling is the cost of the test. Each test per person will cost around 40k philippine pesos, which is 763 usd, or 693 euro. We live in the global south, and Healthcare in our country is not accessible. We are already doing everything in our power to make sure Allanah is already receiving help from the government.
We only have around 413 usd collected so far.
Right now, Allanah desperately needs 80k pesos for the tests, and just for the tests, to see if she and her brother are a match, so she can move forward to a transplant. We have a separate gofundme for her cancer treatments (her chemo)
Allanah's Leukemia is aggressive and has a mutation, and the sooner we get her tests, the more of a fighting chance she has! Please, please help us give our friend peace of mind, help us give our friend life saving treatment.

Hi friends, My close college buddy, someone I have known since we were kids, has cancer. She's been supporting her parents financially, and she's one of the kindest and most artistic souls I have ever known. Right now Allanah is fighting acute myeloid leukemia, and her hospital bills are TITANIC to say the least. Me and our other best friend, Mae, have been doing everything in our power to spread her gofundme. Since Allanah's stay at the hospital, her hospital bills have accumulated to 400,000 pesos. It's 7,779 usd- she hasn't even been at the hospital for a MONTH. Her chemo costs 100,000 pesos per cycle, but she is taking a lot of meds to help keep her immune system strong. Right now Allanah's legs are having complications with infections, and her fever is constant. She needs blood and platelet transfusions almost on the daily. Each platelet transfusion costs 30,000 philippine pesos. It's insane. I want her to feel less scared, I want her to feel that recovery is possible. And right now, the very least that can be done to help keep her mental health strong is for us to continuously boost her gofundme, and to make sure that her treatment is not impossible, and so that she has one less thing to worry about so she can focus on getting stronger.

Hi guys. This has a lot of traction.. but we only raised 300 usd. Allanah is so scared that she started developing stress response tremors. She can't sleep or eat, and she is taking medication with side effects that give her nightmares instead of ones with less side effects because it's cheaper. Please please please spread this, I want my friend to be stronger and have better care. We are all disabled and living in poverty in the global south. Every dollar helps. Allanah's not doing so hot right now bc her immune system is nonexistent. Her bone marrow is still growing back. She's getting seizures, stress response stimming, her muscles are so weak she can barely lift her arms and legs... both her parents are elderly. And we don't have a lot of resources. Please. Allanah is suffering so much. She cannot even walk because her legs are filled with abscesses from infections due to her very weak immune system.

Right now the doctors are trying to see if she can match with her brother. So that's two tests. Each test is a little over 800 usd.
