CALLUM: I can only imagine how busy itās been, but I hope youāre getting some well needed rest now. I donāt want to hear from gossiping freshmen in the quad that you had another blunder.
CALLUM: Donāt be embarrassed. I think most of us are just worried about you more than anything.
CALLUM: Well youāve managed to get on the small list of close acquaintances I have here in Auradon, so expect no less from me. As long as youāre truly okay, thatās all that really matters.
CALLUM: Aside from this, I take your holidays went overall well? Or I at least hope so. I have to admit I regret having declined the offer to spend the winter break with you and Fairy Godmother. Not that my dour presence could really perk up the season, but still.
TRISS: I am under strict doctor's orders to take it easy for a while. So dont worry I am doing my best to just relax for a while.
TRISS: I'm happy that I get to be on that list. I know how exclusive it is!
TRISS: And I promise I'm okay. The media is making it so much bigger then needed. I am healthy.
TRISS: It was okay. A bit more hectic then usual given everything going on. You were definitely misses! It would have been lovely to have you around.
sterling: i don't know what to do either, i never really...expected something like this. but i guess expect the unexpected around here.
sterling: well, im sure mitch would be more than happy to take that father role, what with him being your up and coming husband.
sterling: i don't think i would make the best father but...leaving you to do that on your own isnt something i want, even if you....did what you did to me.
trss: as my future husband, Mitch will obviously be a great male influence. But he isnt their father.
triss: you are...
triss: I know that mitch as much as I, would not want to rob you of that.
triss: I want you to have a relationship with our child. So the three of us will have to figure out how this will work.
CALLUM: Iām sorry this is so delayed, Beatrice, but I heard about what happened. Are you okay? You didnāt get seriously hurt did you? Is there anything I can do for you?
TRISS: No need for you to be sorry.
TRISS: I'm okay. I guess I was just pushing it a little too much between the holidays and planning things with Mother.
TRISS: other than being completely embarrassed and having a wounded pride moment, nothing is hurt.
TRISS: Just texting and checking up on me is enough. I really appreciate it.
WHO:Ā Beatrice Fae
WHEN: Saturday Afternoon
WHERE:Ā Auradon City
WHAT: Beatriceās lack of sleep and over doing it finally catches up with her.Ā
The winter season was usually one of Trissā favorite time of the year. She loved all the holiday parties and the time with family. This year though, things were tense. She understood why, sheād know that it was going to be a bit of a challenge. But that didnāt stop her from feeling overly anxious about everything. As a way to cope sheād kept herself busy. Probably a little more busy then she really should have been. Currently she was finalizing a few details forĀ āladies the brunchā event that her mother threw every year. It was a gathering of the matrons of the royal families. Allowed them to get together and catch up. Talk about any important events coming up for the year. Usually, Fairy Godmother handled everything. But Beatrice had offered to take over. It was a way to keep her mind off everything she was supposed to be thinking about.
āThese are the wrong flowers,ā she announced the the girl taking notes next to her. āMother wanted blue and white flowers with small yellow accents. There is far too much yellow in these centerpieces.ā she sighed.Ā She knew that she was being a bit nit picky but she also knew that there was a certain standards her mother was expecting. The blonde gave the girl a moment to write down the mistake before moving on. āI like the linens, we can keep those, but lets switch the chair sash,ā she reached for the cream, though when she moved to switch it with the royal blue one that was currently in place a wave of dizziness washed over her. Making her sway a little before she got her footing again. āAre you okay, Miss Fae?ā her assistant looked on with concern. Nodding her head Triss waved her off as she continued with what she was doing. āIām fine.āĀ
If she was being honest, she had felt a bit off all morning. She wasnāt sleeping well and every time she tried to eat she got nauseous. She was worried that she was coming down with something. Being sick was not something she could afford right now. Fashioning the sash in to a bow she stepped back to look at her work. She was again hit with a wave of dizziness. But this time her vision want a little blurry and she felt like the whole room just tilted under her feed. āMiss, you really donāt look good. Maybe you should sit down, we can get you some water, maybe call your mother.ā Triss shook her head as she placed a hand on the chair to steady herself. āNo..ā she snapped not really meaning to. She closed her eyes and took a few deep breaths. āI will be okay.. I just need a moment..ā shifting in her place her was intending to just walk it off and get a bit of fresh air.Ā
She hadnāt been expecting what happened next. As she turned on her heels she was crashed into by another wave of dizziness. This wave felt like a ton of bricks had just washed over her. Before she could steady herself her vision was blurring, her ears began to rang before there was just an odd kind of silence. Though she could have sworn she heard someone call her name before everything went dark. Beatriceās assistant watched in horror as her boss collapsed in front of her.Ā
