bakawan (mangroves) will always take me back to that scene from Wildlife, a movie by Adolf Alix Jr. mermaid with blue skin in a bakawan forest. and i dunno if my eyes are just tired, but the image... the mermaid is giving Ananda Everingham a felatio. next scene, Ananda is covered with oil, more like grease. Ananda is dead with his eyes wide open. visuals so striking, the scene always resurfaces in my head whenever i see a bakawan.

•an officemate gave me pili nuts. she's from SorCi. the universe is always connecting me to Sorsogon.

•saw someone selling chicharon. 60php each. he already have 2 in a plastic bag. told him i want one and handed him 100php. he gave the plastic bag with 2 packs of chicharon told me that i can have it for 100php. oh well, i guess i have 2 packs of chicharon now.

not me having a lady crush at the age of 41 on the second day of Pride month. am i ovulating or menopausal?

this is probably my usual auto-response on people who have good command of speech. i'm a classic specimen for that ideology that we naturally crave the things that we don't have. i have speech anxiety, and my archive here is an evidence of my poor choice of words when i do text post.

anyways, i like discovering people like atty Jen. makes me hopeful that our judicial system is not that doomed. we as a state is not that doomed. we can still do this.
