Assalaam Alaikum,

I usually refrain from posting anything personal on this blog but this is a small request for a dua.

There is a lot going on in my life right now and I can't help but feel so overwhelmed and terribly alone. I'm having to juggle with a huge life-changing event that is coming up, a lot of people's expectations regarding many things and the piling up of a number of previous problems that seem to be spinning out of control. I'm trying to focus on the positives and I've increased my idabah and dhikr as much as possible. I know I have a lot to be grateful for alhamdulillah. And I know I have some wonderful people in my life. And I know that with hardship comes ease. But this sense of permeating despair doesn't seem to be getting any better. I honestly feel like I'm drowning. And for some reason, I'm having an almost impossible time voicing my fears and sadness to even the people closest to me. 

I hope that Allah (SWT) gives me the strength to overcome this trying time in my life.

Please remember me in your duas insha'Allah.
