Take care of yourself
Don’t bring yourself down just because you dont look like a “perfect” model, you are beautiful no matter what society says. All you can do is eat your food, get some sleep, drink some water, take care of yourself.
YOU ARE PERFECT!!! <3
You can help too!
Tell your friends, your family. Don’t judge people based on how they look. Don’t make fun of them. Remind everyone that they are beautiful. Smile at a stranger. A compliment might make someone feel better about themselves. Stay informed and tell people when they say something wrong.
You can also donate to or just support organizatons like The Body Positive who fight for acceptance no matter your body.
The impact of beauty standards on todays industries and media
Society make us think the beauty is just focus on skinny girls skinny males means means that our people who make exercise or healthy What a beauty industry being skinny is being healthy but that is actually far from the reality in most cases
Beauty standards are so strong at this point that if someone doesn’t fulfill them, they are not considered "pretty" or "attractive," which can damage their self-esteem. Some people want to fulfill these standards just to become "accepted'' so they stop eating to lose weight or operate their body and face to look prettier which later can cause various diseases and consequences.
I don't like standard beauty, there is no beauty without strangeness.
Karl Lagerfeld
If I don't fit your beauty standards, then i'll set my own standards.

We all have our imperfections. But I'm human and you know, it's important to concentrate on other qualities besides outer beauty.

Are Beauty Standards Harmful?
You might think that they’re just words, opinions, but the truth is they ARE in fact harmful, both physically and mentally. People sometimes feel like they need to change themselves due to this standards, they feel as if they wont be accepted if they dont look a certain way.
When a person feels like they dont fit in, they tend to feel alone and insecure; both can lead to depression or anxiety. A low self-esteem is one of the main causes of depression in America. Words hurt, but the only thing that hurts more is our own opinion of ourselves.
Nowadays the thing most people worry about is their body: how much they weight, if they have muscles, curves, breasts, etc, specially weight. Being thin on this times, means being pretty to society, and some of us try to acomplish it. Eating well and exercising will normally do the trick, but its not that simple. Thats where eating disorders come in.
Body dysmorphia, a mental disorder that basically makes you think constantly about one or more defects you see in yourself. This disorder constantly ends up being and eating disorder like bulimia or anorexia. These disorders, although they are treatable, can leave permanent issues.
The next time you look into the mirror, try to let go of the storyline that says you're too fat or too sallow, too ashy or too old, your eyes are too small or your nose too big; just look into the mirror and see your face. When the criticism drops away, what you will see then is just you, without judgment, and that is the first step towards transforming your experience of the world.
Oprah Winfrey
To all the girls that think you’re fat because you’re not a size zero, you’re the beautiful one, it's society who’s ugly.
Marilyn Monroe
Love yourself <3
Having confidence in how you look and accepting yourself is real beauty. So why not give it a try? Some people find it harder than others and need a little help. Just dont be afraid to seek help, try talking to a therapist.
