BTS~When you have an arguement and you flinch
Jin:You and Jin had been arguing over something stupid, you didnât even remember how it had started. The argument was now getting heated.Â
âI donât know why youâre always nagging me Y/n!â Jin yelled, moving his hand to run his fingers through his hair, a habit of his when he was frustrated. He froze with his hand by his forehead when he saw you throw your arms in front of your face, stumbling back a little. All the anger he felt seconds before had drained out of him.
âNo, Jagi.â He whispered, stepping closer to you with his hands at his sides, he was doing his best to look non-threatening. âLook at me.â He said softly, and your brought your eyes up to meet his, seeing nothing but concern.
âI would never hit you. No matter how angry I am. Never.â Jin said softly to you, pulling you gently into his chest, wrapping his arms tightly around you. You clung to him and buried your face into his chest.
âFor the last time Y/n, she is just a friend!â Namjoon yelled at you, letting his frustration get the better of him. It started off by you asking him a simple question about you was texting him. Since it was a girl that you didnât know you were curious. Namjoon was tired so he over reacted to your question, jumping to the conclusion that you thought he was cheating on you, and he got really pissed off.
âJoon, thatâs not what Iâm-â You started but he cut you off.
âSeriously, I canât believe you would even think that after everything weâve fucking been through and everything that I do for you!â He yelled as if he hadnât even heard you. You had never heard Namjoon sound this angry before, you knew he was exhausted, but you were starting to get nervous. He seemed unpredictable at the moment.
âI donât need this right now!â He yelled, throwing his hands up in the air. You let out a startled squeak and covered your face with your hands. Namjoon put the pieces together quickly; you thought he was going to hit you. He felt shame pool in his stomach and he felt sick.
âBabyâŚâ He trailed off, speaking softly, taking a step back sensing that you needed some space. He was so shocked at the fact that you thought him capable of physically hurting you that he had no idea what to say.
âI would never, ever put my hands on you like that⌠I really hope you know that, Y/n.â He said when you looked up at him. You timidly stepped closer to him, as soon as you were close enough he pulled you into his arms.Â
Hoseok had come home in a bit of a bad mood, which was rare for him. He wasnât usually angry around you so you werenât quite sure how to handle it.Â
âWhatâs wrong, baby?â You asked him, concerned as you placed your hands on his shoulders, intending to pull him into a hug like he always did when you were upset.
âDonât touch me right now, Y/n.â He said, turning to walk away from you. You were surprised by how angry he sounded.Â
âDid I do something to upset you?â You asked him confused by his cold behavior. When you got no response you reached for his hand.Â
âI said not to fucking touch me, Y/n!â He yelled, ripping his hand away from you so suddenly that you flinched back away from him instinctively covering your head.Â
Hoseok was shocked to see you cowering away from him. He felt like he had been punched in the stomach. He didnât realize how much of a jerk he was being until that moment.
âOh god, Jagi, Iâm so sorry.â He said in a soft voice, pulling you into his arms. âIâm so, so sorry. I would never hurt you, I hope you know that.âÂ
He sighed in relief when he felt you relax into his arms, you head resting on his chest.Â
Even though Yoongi was know for having a bad temper you had never felt afraid of him until tonight.
He had been working for 10 hours straight, locked up in his studio. You were starting to worry about him, not sure if he had been eating or not.Â
âNot now, Y/n.â Yoongi said as you entered the studio with a take out container. You approached his chair anyways, thinking that once he saw that you had brought him dinner he would feel a bit better.Â
âI thought you might be hungry-â You started, but were cut off by him yelling and standing up, sending his chair toppling to the ground.
âWhat did I fucking say?! Huh?â He screamed close to your face. âI donât have time for this, Iâve got a fucking deadline and âthisâ much left to do!â He gestured with his hands to demonstrate how much work he had to do, but all you saw was his hand coming towards you.
You dropped the food and covered your head with your arms, shrinking away from him. All his anger disappeared when he saw you flinch as if you thought he was going to hurt you. He was a little annoyed at first. How could you think he would ever hit you?Â
âY/n. Iâm sorry. I shouldnât have gotten so upset with you.â Yoongi said, guilt written all over his face as he met your gaze. âYou know I would never hit you, right?â He asked softly, stepping towards you slowly.
âYes,â You replied shakily. âyou just scared me, I donât like when you yell at me like thatâŚâ
âI know baby, Iâm sorry.â He said hugging you tightly. âIt wonât happen again, I promise.â
You and Jimin were having your first argument, you couldnât even remember what it was about, only that you were both now yelling at eachother for stupid reasons. You had never seen Jimin angry before, it was quite a shock. His beautiful face was contorted with rage, making him look so different from his usual happy self.
âIâm so god damn sick of this, Y/n!â He said throwing his hands up in the air. You flinched at his sudden movement, not sure what was happening, you covered your face and turned away from him, almost falling in the process.Â
Jimin stopped, bringing his hands back down to his sides very slowly, hoping not to scare you further. He was silent for a long moment, not sure what to say. You looked at him to discover him looking just above your shoulder, unable to meet your eyes, the anger completely gone from his face.
âJimin⌠Iâm sorry, I didnât-â You begun, feeling embarrassed about flinching away from him.Â
âWhy on earth are you apologizing right now, Jagi?â He whispered, finally looking you in the eye. âItâs me thatâs sorry⌠I would never hit you, Y/n. Iâm so angry with myself for making you think that I would.â He took a hesitant step towards you, not sure if you were comfortable with him coming closer. You threw yourself into his arms, you knew he would feel terrible about scaring you for much longer than you would be upset.
It wasnât uncommon for you and Taehyung to argue, but it usually was very civil and ending with the two of you laughing about whatever it was youâd been arguing about. So you were surprised when Taehyung started to get really worked up.
âTae,â You said, a little thrown off at how angry he was. âjust calm down, I donât think-â
âThatâs the fucking problem, Y/n!â Taehyung yelled, stepping closer to you, towering over you. âYou donât fucking think! You never think about anything before you say it. Iâve had it up to here!âÂ
You cried out in fear and brought your hands up to cover your face as Taehyung gestured with his hand. Taehyung immediately felt all the anger drain from his body, as well as all the blood from his face. He didnât know how to respond, so shocked that you were afraid. Afraid of him.Â
âY/nâŚâ He whispered, his voice breaking before he could finish whatever he was going to say. You looked up to see him with his eyes full of tears. The sight broke your heart.Â
âIâm so sorry Jagi. I would never let anyone hurt you, especially not myself. You are safe with me. Always.â Tae said, stepping towards you. You could tell that he wanted to take you into his arms, but wasnât sure if you wanted him to or not.Â
You made the decision for him by stepping into his embrace, feeling his arms come around you, his fingers running through your hair.Â
âI know, Tae, donât worry.â You said, holding him tightly.
Jungkook came home from practice feeling very frustrated, he was having trouble learning one of the dances today for some reason. He usually picked them up so quickly, but he was really struggling today.
âHey baby,â You said smiling at him as he came into the room. You noticed right away that he wasnât in a good mood. âWhatâs wrong?â you asked, concerned.
âIâve just had a shitty day, I sucked at practice.â He said annoyed.Â
âIâm sure you did great, Jungkook. You always do.â You stated, trying to cheer him up.Â
âNo, I didnât.â He said in a nasty tone. You were shocked into silence by his words, he was never rude to you and had never spoken to you like this before.
âDonât talk to me like that.â You said crossing your arms. âWhatâs gotten into you?â
âI donât need this from you!â Jungkook exploded, all his anger that had been building up all day suddenly was too much. He didnât even realize he was screaming. âIâve had a rough day, and now I come home and get this from you? Seriously, what the fuck, Y/n!â He yelled.
âI donât want to come home and fight with you, after the day Iâve had.â He yelled, throwing his hands up in exasperation. You yelled in fear as you saw his hands come up, stumbling backwards and falling to the ground hands covering your face.Â
âNo, no, no, no.â Jungkook said worriedly, realizing what had just happened. He reached towards you to help you up from the ground, but stopped when he saw the panicked look on your face. He dropped to his knees in front of you, hands by his sides.
âAre you okay?â He asked, his voice thick with shame.
âYes.â You whispered, still a bit shaken up.Â
âIâm so sorry, Y/n.â Jungkook said quietly. âI would never hit you, never. Iâm disgusted with myself for making you think differently. Iâve just had a long day- thatâs not an excuse- I just- there is nothing that would ever make me angry enough to hurt you.â He struggled trying to find the right words. âCan I touch you? Please?âÂ
You nodded, glad that you were no longer fighting with him. As soon has you nodded he pulled you into his lap, hugging you tightly. The two of you stayed like that for quite a while before heading to bed.
