Alex seems to remember Justin throughout the entire movie, but for the purpose of this drawing I believe she has periods of time where she forgot more intensely before remembering some parts. Mostly just because I find the idea of Justin going through the constellations in order to calm himself + her really cute.

sorry I have no one to talk about this with but have you seen the clips for the reboot…im a little annoyed by them unfortunately like what do you mean Justin would hide that from his family?

Seriously like WTF??? I get that they reasoned it off with Justin being ashamed, but the Justin we know from WOWP couldn't keep a secret, not something that large. It creates a huge disconnect from Justin and his wife/family. Maybe it's because he's insecure about his past, but it's certainly a change from how Justin behaves with his SO's in the show. He confides a lot in Juliet (and somebody else). Justin's able to admit his fears of losing the competition and shame about his selfishness to Alex in The Movie, but he can't tell his wife about a huge part of his identity from childhood to up to when he met her ????? dude what

Also, I do agreee that Alex taking on a role in the wizard council/becoming part of the wizard police is p disappointing... She was our childhood anarchist, and doesn't align with the regressive rules of the Wizard government. I get that she wants to be a helpful part of the community, that's where I more like the 'helping disadvantaged young wizards' thing more as she's sorta full circle helping her inner child w/ Billie.

How tf did Justin expect to hide his secret from his family? Roman is probably in middle school so around ~12 years old. At this point Roman should’ve presented as a Wizard and gone through that wizard puberty. Is he going to have to wear the floppy hat?

Max being rich is a win !! My mans is smart and resourceful as seen when he sold bottled water. Max finally getting what he deserves. I hope Jake comes in at least one episode as a guest star.

How short of a time Justin was actually a Professor at Wiztech is CRAZY— Justin turns 34 in ep 1 of WBWP. Roman is approximately 12~ years old. So if Roman was born when Justin was 22, let’s say he met Giana at 20. Justin was made a Wiztech Professor at age 19. That is barely anytime to be a Professor

The monsters at least at episode 1 are very intense compared to our campy WOWP. The scariest thing there was a jealous boyfriend who would wolf out and eat your ex whole. I wonder how the tone will be since they’re trying to build a plot of Billie saving the world. I think it’s nice that there is a pressure like that added in. WOWP had more of a sitcom feel especially in seasons 1-2 where the formula “Alex uses magic badly, she must fix it in order to have her parents not ground her.” was beat to death

*The whole ‘Justin-and-Alex were written as best friends then made into siblings!’ thing may be a rumor, idk. I haven’t seen any sources for or against it… except for having eyes ofc but don’t get me started

I found out on the WOWP fandom page ? im p sure thaaat Alabaster Carnation was based on The White Stripes !! A band that is a married couple that pretended to be siblings when performing. The artists did that so the audience would focus on the music and not their relationship. I swear, this shit writes itself.
