Disappointment.

Today, I have been disappointed by two people. One being someone close and the other being someone I thought changed. Today was overall an OK day. My best friend in college got her wedding dress today. It was fabulous. Her face lit up and she truly looked happy. I'm so happy for her. Then I was disappointed by the one person I have been trying my hardest to make happy. For him to tell me he thinks I don't care about him, it made me so sad. It made me think I don't show him enough that I love him. I have not felt this low in a while and he just kicked me down over and over again. The other one isn't worth my emotions. But disappointment I do feel. I will try to be positive and be happy. But first let me cry myself to sleep.

I do have to say that this boy and I have had our ups and downs lately, but through all of it I still find myself in his arms laughing until my stomach hurts. He can say the dumbest things and I will find it extremely funny. He can smile and make my problems go away.

I can definitely say that Matt is my best friend. I usually hate to say that my boyfriend is my best friend, but he was my best friend before he became my boyfriend. He can definitely fill both roles for me. Now don’t get me wrong, I have my other friends. Even my other best friends.

I just want to say that I am glad to be with him and that he was willing to work through my toughest moment. He is my rock. He is my foundation. He grounds me through the toughest of storms. He is my best friend.
