Bechloe Week starts tomorrow

Bechloe week officially starts tomorrow on the 17th. We’re kicking off the week with our first prompt being; Coffee Shop AU.

Again just a reminder that we won’t be allowing Ai work out of respect to everyone and any questions or concerns are welcomed to be addressed.

Make sure to tag all your work as “Bechloe Week 2025” so it can be found on your platforms and so you can be recognized at the end of the week.

You're kidding right?? AI art has no place in fandom spaces, or creative places at all, it's the antithesis of what creating is about, and it's a slap in the face to those of us that put time and effort into making shit. Crappy stance dude.

I personally don't like Ai work but I also don't believe in telling others what they can or can't do with their free will. If you don't like Ai don't support it, it's as simple as that.

After receiving a lot of concern about the topic however, I feel it's best to not include Ai artwork in Bechloe Week, solely for the fact that many feel underappreciated and that would defeat the purpose of the week.

I wanted to check whether AI art was allowed as a submission or whether that was a non-starter?

It's really up to you, if that's what you'd like to submit go for it, just make sure you tag it as Ai so others can know just out of respect.

Edit: Your concerns have been duly noted and we will say that Ai work will NOT be accepted during Bechloe Week. The fandom voice matters above personal opinion.
