“Jesus Christ, you smell so good,” Abbot inhales loudly, face buried in her hair. Samira bites back a throaty sound, tightens her fingers on his neck. The skin is so hot there, he must be so flushed.

She knows what it must look like. Saw it last month, as she watched red seep through his cheeks and down his chest. She didn’t dare touch his skin back then. She slides a finger below the collar of his shirt now.

“Samira,” he rasps, mouth open against the skin below her ear. She feels a moist drop there, as he lets his tongue out and sucks on her earlobe. As he bites it. “Can I taste you?”

After a startling call from Robby, Jack Abbot could use a drink. Samira Mohan could use one, too. That leads them tumbling to his couch.

thinking about how supriya said that samira struggles to feel empathy towards her coworkers in contrast to her patients and i think this adds so many layers to the mohabbot scene…

like at first samira is worried about abbot because he is injured but then he dismisses it and she just stops caring about him until he offers to help her.

and then she sees that he’s struggling with his wound. when she decides to help him, he becomes her patient, not just a coworker, and that’s why she shows care.

god i just wish we could’ve seen more of this because i think it’s so funny but also so serious at the same time.

controversial but i actually don't really care that samira doesn't give a fuck about her coworkers. she's a good teacher and that's the most that's professionally expected of her. give us nothing girl, go home and forget they exist. you have enough going on. plus i think we should let women be antisocial and a little offputting sometimes

“You forgot to mention that she’s beautiful,” Elizabeth snaps as soon as Jack hugs her, mouth falling down her neck.

“Who?” he asks, and he seems so enthralled sniffing her, she almost indulges him.

“Dr. Mohan.”

Suddenly, he is very, very still.

“She is gorgeous,” Elizabeth adds.

“Oh, yeah? Hadn’t noticed.”

She arches a brow, unbelieving.

“I mean it. I was too busy looking at you to notice.”

She holds back a scoff. The tone of truth sounds deceiving to her ears.

“And when I’m not there to be looked at?”

“I still don’t notice.”
