Let’s get SPLATTING!!

Got the Inkling Boy and Inkling Girl amiibo for Splatoon2 when I was on a small vacation in Sherbrooke/Lac Brompton. So this photo is taken using my sister’s Canon 80D camera with a 50mm portrait lens (this is what she told me anyways). These are placed on the railing around the cottage house balcony and there’s bushes and trees and whatnot behind them. I think this turned out really well!!

Camera: Canon EOS 80D

Settings: 1/160 shutter speed, f/4.5 aperture, 50mm lens

Lens Blur: Sunny Baby I just wanted to compare with iPhone 7 portrait blur mode. My sister has an iPhone 7 Plus and she sent me a photo of the dog with the blur effect. So here's my cat Sunny. I think the Pixel has much better results!

Lens Blur: Selfie Decided to go with a Selfie for today's photo because I'm super excited and impressed that it can lens blur nicely with the front facing camera.

Google Pixel: Lens Blur I got the new Google Pixel phone and have super obsessed with the lens blur mode on the camera. Here's some of my favourite photos taken with the phone and lens blur mode. I think it gives some pretty stunning results!

<b>Mega Kitten Post!!</b>

I got a new kitten yesterday. My boyfriend and me decided to name him Shade, he’s our new little baby! I took a bunch of photos of him today (37 I believe) while my boyfriend was in the shower. These are my favourites. I know these aren’t all great but taking photos of a black kitten is not easy! He kept running and jumping while I tried keeping him in focus. Anyways, I think these turned out pretty nice <3.

Big Changes

There are big changes coming in my life right now! I'm finally moving out of my mom's house. I'm moving into an apartment with my boyfriend. We're rooming with a colleague of mine who's roommate bailed on him. I'm really excited and nervous about it! I'm looking into getting a moving van and people to help with my furniture. It's a huge step forwards for me! I'm really excited to see what the future has in store from now on.

Second Home This is a photo taken in my favorite Park. It’s such a beautiful place. I love to go here when I just need to think or relax. Whenever I get into fights at home this is my go to place. Do you have any place like this?

I changed the skin on my Nexus 6P from black leather to bamboo and put a bamboo skin on the cover of my new Dell XPS 15. Loving the new look! My electronics are all matchy matchy now <3

Also I think I did pretty good with the image composition here so lemme know what you think! (The WB is off though...)

Cutest Plush in the World Adorable Pikachu plushie I grabbed at my local EBGames! He matches the Onimuri Pikachu theme for 3DS. He is just so cute ❤️.

Lonesome Dandelion I know dandelions are weeds and considered ugly and pests but…I think they can be very pretty too. I think they are cute and fun. So here’s a picture of a pretty, lonely, dandelion.

Daffodil In French these are called a “jonquille”. They are usually yellow. I had no clue they came in white as well until recently. They are pretty much my favorite flower apart from birds of paradise. They are so lovely ❤️.

When I was a kid my parents read me a book called “Lutin et le printemps” which was about the arrival of spring. They showed daffodils in that book and it has been my favorite flower since.

Amsterdam Tulips 🌷 Tulips from the Netherlands! Got these at the airport when I was leaving Amsterdam to go to London during the Summer. They were just bulbs when I brought them back for my boyfriend's mom. Now they are big and gorgeous! They close up at night apparently too.

Bluejay Took some bluejay pictures yesterday. Didn’t have a chance to post them earlier but here they are now! Took patience but I’m really proud. I don’t even have a telephoto lens so I had to be close. He eats peanuts that my boyfriend’s mom puts out for him. Real neat. Please let me know what you think!
