Chocolate protein waffles w/ hemp seeds, strawberries, and a giant dollop of cookie butter :) yummo and super basic easy batter
Recipe:
a scoop of your fav protein powder (mine is plantfusion cookies n creme)
a quarter cup of buckwheat flour (or any other)
1 tbsp cacao powder
one small mashed banana
plant based milk until desired consistency
mix well and pour over pre heated waffle maker. top with whatever and enjoy!!!!!!

Weighed in at 160 today. Interested to see how my weight changes over the next little bit. I’ve been going HARD at the gym and I am feeling very motivated. 🤟🏻😤😍

Alright so I bought a juicer
First off, I’m not into juice cleanses I just like adding them to my daily meals 😊
And I am honestly loving it so far. I’ve ordered juices from a few places before and it adds up sooo quick. It just made sense to buy one for $200 when each time I’d easily spend $100 at a store.
So far I’ve been experimenting with veggie based juices. That’s what I got it for. I am trying out a Orange Carrot Ginger juice this morning but otherwise I’m trying to juice as little fruit as possible. I eat fruit like crazy so that’s not an issue but my veggie intake is really lacking so this has been PERFECT.
When do I ever eat a whole cucumber, 5 stalks of celery, 5 handfuls of spinach and a thumb of ginger? Never. But I’ll happily drink it. 🤗
I’m so sick of eggs for breakfast..
Time to switch it up for oatmeal I guess?
