Freaking nailed dinner last night! Set up the fancy dining room and made both chicken and steak Thai noodle salad with my own citrus kick dressing.

So, over the weekend it was my two favourite twins' 21st Birthday. To celebrate, they, along with 2 other of my best friends are coming over for a somewhat dinner celebration.

I'm going to make my favourite dish- Thai Beef Salad. I fell in love with the dish when I moved to New Orleans at Houston's. It's amazing, so I'm going to recreate that, along with a desert.
