One complaint / joke/ comment abt the remake’s designs that I’ve seen a couple of times that I just don’t get is “why does hangedman look like a stripper now” or otherwise commenting on the skimpiness of his outfit. As if he hasn’t been dressed like that from the get go

Granted the changes made with the studding and garterbelt/thighhigh length of his gear are a bit edgier and maybe seeing it all rendered with a realistic texturing without the constant flashing makes it more apparent but. Idk. Game has always had design choices like this. This guy in particular has been a freak from day one. Why are you complaining about this now.

In The House of the Dead's Sega Saturn and PC versions, Chapter 2's theme samples audio from the 1986 Space Shuttle Challenger disaster, in which seven United States crew members were killed in an explosion onboard the Space Shuttle Challenger. The audio in question is Mission Control spacecraft communicator Richard O. Covey saying "Challenger, go at throttle up", which was said moments before the explosion.
