My baby Flick has done nothing wrong ever in her life. From what I understand from the Clip is that it seems tf!Sausage killed flick unprovoked (if everyone knew tf!AJ was a Rebel that would be one thing, especially if the understanding they have of Flick is that tf!AJ can spy through Flick however no one but Drift actually knows that) Everything else that think tf!AJ has done is conspiracy.

Even by word of what tf!Scott claims there isn’t really any evidence of tf!AJ doing anything besides be an asshole. Matter Fact I’d argue their’s more evidence (AT THIS POINT WHERE I AM AT EP 22) of tf!AJ being an ally than an enemy. Also I think making it canon that tf!AJ can feel when Flick dies and that genuinely makes me sad. #JUSTICE4FLICK

Because if that were true when AJ needed help with Amber and Legundo (goggles V1) Drift would’ve asked far more questions and when hearing the truth probably wouldn’t have taken AJ’a side. And when Drift heard AJ admit they poisoned the school would Drift not have told everyone the moment she got the chance?

This is interesting because I understand where AJ has gotten the general impression that no one is on her side for real but I think they will really end up surprising themself. Because the only thing I could honestly see this applying too is if it came down to Scott, or like Shelby for it to be a problem honestly and even that’s interesting because from what’s happening it seems like Drift didn’t tell them either.

Watching Episode 20 and the saxophones are getting real loud for our local resident mean lesbian. I don’t know how AJ is gonna manage to avoid the consequences of the blowout that’s obviously pending because it’s hard to say who she has on her side besides Drift (due to obvious circumstances of burning bridges and telling many lies) I’m kinda scared for them.

Watching The Flight SMP through tf!AJ P.O.V is so entertaining but it’s the very sweet and interesting thing of AJ not caring or more so (pretending not to care) about anyone or anything but then everything goes to shit when everyone is poisoned and AJ can no longer deny or fight with how much they do actually care even if they refuse to show it.

GT SPOILERS!

I just had to rant my thoughts about how the recent arc has changed how I view Carmilla x Mercy versus Carmilla x Mendax.

Now don’t get me wrong I acknowledge that all of the characters in GT are complex and no one’s actions are Black and White this is also coming from someone who loves Mercy 😂

Now, I want to start with the fact that I do believe that Mercy has affection for Mendax. But at the same time I don’t think Mercy cares about Mendax and really only has a romantic relationship with him because she benefits overall. It keeps Mendax which I believe Mercy knows Mendax is in love with her so keeping him ensnared that way means that they can keep him from opposing them and keep him as the spymaster.

The reason as to why I say this changed my perspective on the Mermilla of it all is because. I do actually believe Carmilla is correct about Mercy to Mendax’s detriment that around Carmilla Mercy is. a lot different, she’s more grounded and simply more real with Carmilla. For example I highly believe that in my opinion Mercy would never have played in Carmilla’s face the same way she did Mendax during their last argument (which was genuinely hard to watch). It also displays that the way Mercy considers Mendax vs Carmilla is entirely different.

When Mendax says that he wants his fathers journals in return for helping her (the wording is lost on me it’s been awhile) Mercy outright sends Mendax back to the book of Diarchy rules meaning that if it were to come down to it Mercy wouldn’t bend the rules for Mendax even in a situation as specific as them being his dead fathers. However, when Mercy and Carmilla spoke about their breakup Mercy all but says if not implies that she would’ve gone to war with the Imperium for Carmilla.

This is just such an interesting plot line and arc for GT to go through because interestingly enough I think as Mendax’s perception of him and Mercy’s relationship changes and shifts out perception of that relationship is shifting as well.

I think all of these dynamics are so interesting and I c cant wait to see where GT goes next.

(I overall want Mendax to not be with Mercy because it’s been proven that it’s not good for his own well being) Do I still root for the doomed Lesbians (why yes I do 🫣)

(Honorable Mention: For other characters though it seems like solutions are being found to problems and I am beginning to see how story arcs could end up ending and I do love that.

Life is Strange: Before the Storm Episode 1

(These are my opinions and interpretations of what I’ve played so far)

I keep thinking about the end of Episode 1 of BTS and another thought that I found interesting is the parallel of Chloe and Rachel’s crash out scenes.

In Chloe’s scene she’s alone, left to let out her emotions without any safety net to catch her and in a familiar way in Farewell DLC when she is listening to the tape of Max’s goodbye she is left to curl up into a ball and just drown in her emotions without any safety no one there to pull her out.

While in contrast there is this weight placed on Chloe “But sometimes people you love need you” or something like that and it made me wonder the insistence of Chloe being responsible for the emotions of those around her is continuous Chloe has to be responsible for Joyce’s emotions and Chloe has to be responsible for Rachel’s emotions but this made me wonder who is meant to be responsible and help Chloe with her emotions?

Then it mirrors with the scene of Rachel’s scene at the end where Chloe is there to comfort her and even get her to leave after the fire starts.

There was also the scene when Rachel and Chloe were arguing and Chloe begins to all but beg Rachel to stay it was something like “I don’t want to ruin this like I’ve ruined everything else in my life” and that scene made my heart hurt for Chloe to see how she’s internalized the bad things that have happened to her as her fault.

These are the thoughts I’ve had so far from just episode 1.

Just replayed Life is Strange: Before the Storm and that was such a strong start (Since I’m playing it in chronological order) The Farewell DLC made me sob like a baby 😭 especially as a pricefield stan the angst was so real and sad (my poor baby Chloe.)

But I wonder the writing choice of when Chloe is crashing out in the junkyard in Before the Storm and she’s venting and her rants end with a fuck you.

“Fuck you Rachel”

“Fuck you David”

And then when it gets to the part about Max its “Fuck Cameras” I wanna analyze this as I play but it’s just something that caught my mind because of how it was different from the repetition so I’m really interested in the choice to say “Fuck Cameras” vs “Fuck you Max”
