Sneezing

The default reaction to any environmental change being mucus production

How common skin changes are (zits, rashes, sunburn, etc.)

(I know this has already been said but,) The fact that most gatherings revolve around food.

Any sort of surgery or medical procedure that involves some sort of opening of the skin.

Nails on a chalkboard

Menstruation

Calluses and, conversely, moisturizing

Airhorns (I imagine it would be like a flashbang to them)

Metal allergies (I just think they'd be really sad if someone couldn't wear celebration outfits)

Airplanes

Swimming/water activities (before Grace explains that humans float by default)

Imagine if Grace's banishment from the scientific community and Colt's accident happened at the same time.

Imagine if Grace hadn't heard anything from his brother in a few days, but decided to call him anyway because he just needed someone to talk to about the death of his dreams.

Imagine if no one knew Colt had a twin brother so no one knew to call him when Colt was touch-and-go in the hospital.

Imagine Grace leaving voicemails for Colt all night the day after because Colt would always call back even if he missed Grace's call the first time.

Imagine Colt seeing another call come in as he was lying in bed, unable to move and teary with pain, not wanting his brother to hear him like this.

Imagine the confusion and heartbreak when Grace tried calling his brother one more time after a week of no answer and heard a stranger pick up because Colt changed his number.

Imagine when Colt found out Grace had been kicked out of his specialty and everything he'd ever worked towards.

Imagine when Grace found out that Colt had an accident and no one had heard from him since.

Imagine them feeling lonely like they never had before, because the other was always there; and now there was nothing they could do to help their brother or themselves.
