    -  signed up for Calorie Counder and food diary (Check)

    - Made a sticky note post of things I love to eat that I should not eat at all      (Check) 

   - Gallon of water every day 

   - Chew on ice cubes when craving for sweets

   - Take garcinia cambogia supplements 

   - drink Apple cider vinegar everyday 3 times a day 

     HOW TO DRINK APPLE CIDER VINEGAR:

>Dilute the vinegar in a ratio of 10:1 – 10 parts water and 1 part ACV

>Once you've diluted the vinegar, you can drink it as is or add honey to add some sweetness or flavor

>Drink it a few minutes before eating your meals

>You can drink it 3 times a day

>When taking garcinia cambogia supplements, drink the mixture as you take one capsule

   reach goal weight by deadline July 31, 2018 or even sooner
