Hi, thank you so much!Um I don't necessarily have a routine I just try to pay attention to it without over doing it. First & foremost I stopped using store shampoo & conditioner. I use organic products to wash & treat my hair. I try to keep my ends up as often as possible & keep from touching it as much as possible. I put hair water, lotion & oils when it feels dry. I also trim my hair! Getting rid of split ends helps so much. Last year my hair didn't even touch my shoulders now it's past my collar bones & making its way to arm pit length.
