does anyone know any harry potter fics which have harry revealing he was “almost put in slytherin” or “considered for slytherin” etc ??

for example, i like the idea of them hanging out somewhere at grimmauld place chatting about which house they think they’d be in if gryffindor didn’t exist then harry mentioning that the hat said he would’ve done well in slytherin and then shock or chaos ensues …

i’m struggling to find anything to do with slytherin harry that doesn’t fundamentally change his character and/or the entire plot (except Evitative - oh, how i love thee)

any recs even vaguely near this would be greatly appreciated !!

I hate that trope in fanfics when Will either doesn't understand the way Hannibal talks or is sick of his metaphors.

Because that man delighted in that shit. That was their way of flirting. It's not only the murders and cannibalism, it's also the way neither of them could talk about anything normally.

Everyone needs to stop dumbing down Will Graham, because my man could and would talk circles around any of you.
