Nicecream Chia Beet Parfaits by @3.bunnies

What You’ll Need: For the bottom layer: 5 frozen bananas 1 thumb size piece of beetroot . For the middle layer: ¾ cup of plain nondairy yogurt . For the top layer: ¾ cup of non dairy milk mixed with a thumb size piece of beetroot ½ cup of non dairy yogurt 3 tbs of maple syrup ½ cup of chia seeds 1 handful of freeze dried raspberries . How To Make: 1. Combine all ingredients for top layer into a large bowl. 2. Mix well and set aside. 3. Combine all ingredients for bottom layer into a blender and blend until smooth. 4. Pour bottom layer into glassware of choice and add yogurt. 5. Add chia into glassware and garnish with freeze dried berries. Enjoy & stay fresh! ➰ #nicecream
