like a fun as it is to read idol x readers, imagining them as my parents in these ideal family scenarios has me feeling kind of warm and giddy inside 😊😊
it might be because of my less than stellar relationship with my family but this isn't about them 😤
i js wanna know if anyone else shares my interest and if anyone would read it if I posted it :pp
by extension is it also safe to say my favourite kind is when reader is the kid of my favourite ships?

Note: I'm still 1/4 into s2 but this was a brain fart that I wanted to get out before I lost motivation so it won't be all that good (｡ﾉω＼｡) I'm starting out small so I can get used to writing in a timely manner and formatting on tumblr so only headcanons and bullet fics for now (◍•ᴗ•◍) I REFUSE ANY SPOILERS SOMEONE ALR SPOILED THE ENDING FOR ME SO DON'T EVEN THINK ABT MENTIONING IT (ノ｀Д´)ノ
- i imagine your relationship is vaguely like chloe and adrien from miraculous
- you grew up together cuz your parents were close friends/business partners
- and naturally you developed a huge little crush on min ho
- as a kid, you sucked at hiding that you liked Minho
- always looking for him, forcibly playing with him, following him everywhere he went, doing everything that so that you could be around each other, etc. etc.
- the adults found it adorable, even joking that they would plan your wedding once you were old enough
- as kids, min ho didn't mind all that much as a child (i feel like he was a lonely child so he wanted the attention)
- eventually, he started to feel nuisanced by your admiration for him
- which he hoped would fade once you entered middle school
- but nope
- you were hooked on this boy and there wasn't a way you were gonna let him go anytime soon
- in middle school, you were more subtle about your feelings toward him but it was still pretty obvious
- and when he started to date, a seed of jealousy definitely grew
- because why was he dating other people when you were literally right there? very clearly into him
- you never acted on it tho you just hoped he would reciprocate your feelings eventually
- anyway as you got older and out grew the inherent shame that came with early adolescence, your attraction towards min ho grew stronger (if that was even possible atp) and your pursuit for him became bolder
- openly asking him on dates, constantly professing your love for him, giving him gifts almost daily at school (small things like snacks and such), grander gestures during special occasions like valentine's day or school events
- all of which he rejected (except for the snacks and gifts)
- but by the end of 9th grade, your family had to move because of your parents work
- which meant you had to leave your friends and min ho behind
- it was a mutually sad goodbye (whether or not min ho wanted to admit it)
- the day before you had to leave, you said your final goodbyes to everyone, tearful hugs, promises, and keepsake exchanges from all your friends
- min ho reluctantly comforted you, "it's not like you're leaving the planet, you don't have to be such a crybaby." he said as he pulled you into a loose hug
- you pinched his stomach making him back away from the embrace, "that won't make me miss you guys any less." you say, wiping the tears from your eyes
- "can at least promise me something? just this one thing please?" you hold out your pinky towards him
- "what is it?" he says as he links his own pinky with yours
- "promise you won't forget me?"
- he looks into your hopeful eyes and says "how could I?" and seals the promise with one last hug
- even while you were away, your feelings for min ho didn't fade
- you consistently sent him greetings, life updates, etc. through SNS whether or not he responded
- but after a long time of convincing, your parents let you apply to KISS
- unfortunately you were wait-listed in the first semester
- but then, KISS sent a confirmation that you could attend for the rest of the school year
- you were over the moon
- after so long, you could finally see min ho face to face again

PS: I really need to find a diff way to write the dialogue parts cuz its so repetitive (〒﹏〒) also the only critisism I will refuse is the mean spirited kind.

Hot take but I didn't like Praveena all that much nothing's particularly "wrong" with her she's just not my style y'know?

I wish we could've seen more of Alex and Yuri as siblings and Prof Lee and Alex as a father-son duo

Hi! Since season 2 of XO, Kitty came out recently I was getting ready to watch it, but I googled who Minho ended up with to prepare myself for the disappointment, and I was not satisfied.
So I thought "Why not feed into my own delusions?", and post my weird fantasies online. I actually a couple of story concepts kinda fleshed out already, I'm just not sure with which one to commit to. They're all reader inserts (obvi).
If I do start to write I want my readers to big part of the process. Like everytime I have an idea in mind I'll ask for their opinions through polls, I think they deserve a say since their the ones consuming the material I would put out.
I can only write for a handful of fandoms right now (cuz their the only ones I remember being a part of off the top of my head), but I want to write for fandoms that have fic shortages. I plan to start small with stuff like drabbles and headcanons before even thinking about a full fic.
