Using old concept art to complain about the blue bird going further into pay to be seen territory because why the bad decisions? Also need to revamp my own tags, pages, and fandoms still but that’s a not tonight thing.
So I did the meme for my most used / likable characters in Heroes. The whys are under the cut so enjoy most of them screaming meantime.
Elincia: Difficult choice between her and Black Knight. I prefer Elincia as she is op with her Amiti in Heroes, and she is stronger in politics than she lets on in Radiant Dawn.
Azura: A unit who’s been with me since early release days of Heroes. Her sad fate in Birthright/Conquest routes drew me to her, and she stayed in my main team until very recently.
Michalis: I’ll be frank, most of my axe units suck. B!Ike is -attack, Titania has odd IVs, and Raven I need to work on more. In all honesty, I took Michalis because he had a chance to be the brother he should have been instead of what he was in Marth’s tale.
Leon: One of my main stays of the current team. He’s far more relateable to me than most characters within the series. Besides that, he’s an unrequited love type of character that’s actually written decently in the Gaiden / SoV remake.
Jakob: He’s my only 5 star dagger user outside of P!Olivia, and I like him more than her.
Arvis: I do not have a mainstay red tome, so it’s between him and Sanaki.
Shigure: He ended up replacing his mom on my main team. Him being strongly suggested to be Conquest!Shigure makes him all the more depressing personality-wise. Shame he got short end of the BST stick with a lousy 139.
Merric: My first Merric was +spd/-hp, and he rocked it as a main unit from beginning until now. Even now as a 40+6 he still is a powerful force despite lackluster attack. In all honesty, I thought about running Bonfire or Ignis on him instead of Memebow, but then I remember every unit he KO’d with that skill that he wouldn’t be able to do otherwise without QP seal.
Ninian: A newer addition, but I don’t like how most of the dragons are kids (Kurth, Ena, Nasir when. Nils too so there’s male dragon variety within the class.) Sooooo that’s how she gets top dragon spot outside of her HM being the highest.
Priscilla: She was my main healer before I directed her to a horse emblem team to heal. Even without Wrathful Staff she can attack decently with hone buffs, and has provided more support than I could ever think of. That and she saved my chain runs multiple times.
