the idea behind the farm to fork suppers: an experience where all your senses are engaged. It is an opportunity to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the organic locally inspired four courses. There will be 6 spots available. This will not be finger-food style, rather more a modern fusion supper style. The suppers are meant to be pop-up suppers in unique locations all over Köln.
the menu: the menu is based on the attendees’ diets (we love accommodating all sorts of food and drink restrictions, so let us know) and will be provided a week in advance. It will be a four-course supper menu including either wine or cocktail pairing.
All the products used are seasonal, organic, and we try to source all the ingredients from local farms around the Rheinland.
dinning space details: with the beautiful backdrop of brick walls and lots of high ceiling the space is seen as an endless modern warm loft. The exposed glass windows are unique in style and feel. It’s a delight welcoming you to our space!
