I recently went through a pretty bad depressive episode this morning. It took alyot but I wad able to work through it and get through the rest of the day.
What are something's you all do to get through a depressive episode?
How do you cope and keep going?
A big part of life is doing things without anyone cheering you on.
Positive affirmations
I've recently given positive affirmations a thought 🤔. When I wake up in the morning I usually feel sad (unfortunately) before I can even get the day started. So I thought this might help.
I'm going to start off with a list of things I try to say at least 3 times a day. I hope it will help me become mentally stronger and more stable.
Being here and still trying isn't a small win it's a big one. Remember that you are stronger than you think. You got this.
Small wins are still big victories!
I had a small victory today. For the first time in a long time I didn't wake up feeling sad. For me that's something very big. No matter what lately I've been waking up sad for no reason. And I still haven't figured out why but I'm glad that today I felt fine for once.
That's my small/big victory for the day!
What's one you had ? I love to hear.
Another day. Another chance to try again. Another chance to keep beileveing for a better tomorrow.

This was originally posted on my other blog but I wanted to share it here too.
I had such a good day today 😩 that shit never happens.
I didn't do anything different though. I just changed the way I looked at things and paid very close attention to my thoughts and the way I was thinking. I change my personal perspective. The normal situations I usually find myself in were like they always are. I just looked at it differently. And the made all the difference.
I just wanted to share a win I had today . Sorry if your tired of seeing my personal post .
