favourite character meme → [1] favourite character. → nikki bella. ∟ “yes, we have heard over and over how hard you worked. but you know what? i have worked harder. the biggest difference between you and me is that i don’t have to go tell everyone so they like me. and that is what makes me fearless.”
Nikki and Brie Bella face swap
@nkkibella asked you: brie bella or nikki bella?

how do you use your cropping method from your gif tutorial on gifs that are for example 500 x 210? whenever i do it, it doesn't work. :(
i would go to image > image size, change the width to 505 pixels, the height should automatically adjust to something like 274 pixels if you made sure you have the three boxes at the bottom of the image size window checked. then go to image > canvas size and change 505 too 500. click ok. don't worry about the height then. then go to canvas size again.
then type 210 in the height box and use the arrows that say anchor to choose which part you want to keep. because going from 284 to 210 is taking off 74 pixels that's kind of a lot. so like right here (image) there's a lot of empty space at the top so i'll anchor it to keep the bottom. now it looks like this (image). that way i feel like it cropped too much of nikki's hat and tom's head in this example.
so instead of typing 210 in the box, slowly crop it. like, i'll take 54 pixels off the top (image) (look at the arrows), then remove 20 pixels from the bottom (image) (look how the arrows are different than the other time) now it looks like this (image) and i think that's better. not perfect, but for an example it's fine. just keep doing that until it looks how you want.
does that help? or is it something else. the only thing i can think when you say it doesn't work is that it looks weird because it cropped everything off except the middle, that's what happens if you don't anchor. especially if what you’re giffing is a more close up shot than in my example. i've made gifs that size and use this, i've used it every single time for years? :( the option to change image and canvas size is there no matter what size your document is. can you tell me if that helped or what it's doing if that’s not what’s wrong?
