Last week I suddenly got very nauseous when laying in bed and trying to fall asleep. I don't know what exactly caused it, but it felt pretty bad. It started out with some stomach gurgles, but those got rather loud and painful over time until I started burping continuesly again. I've felt ill for about 2 hours. I didn't know whether to lay down or sit up. Every single burp that came up during that time tasted and smelled horrible. Ones being very airy and others almost bringing up my stomach contents without a warning. You can hear it almost going wrong in the last few burps especially. I hoped it would go away on itself with the burps coming out, but after that last burp I did need to grab the bucket rather quickly.

I'm gonna keep it short. Ate too much, burping began, got a stomach ache, turned into a little nausea, burps kept coming, burps got worse and bigger, nausea gone. Enjoy the audio :)

I had such a bad tummy ache 😔 I think the leftovers I had were off. A couple hours after eating, my lower tummy started feeling sick. It was so loud and rumbly and sloshy that I was scared I was going to have explosive… you know what. You can actually hear my poor belly groaning and sounding really liquid when I massage my lower gut.

I was so bloated that it hurt badly - I was so sore I felt like crying. I kept feeling like gas was building and building in my belly, rumbling and adding to the pressure inside my gut without wanting to, well, leave. I kept rubbing my tummy, trying to encourage the gas to move along but my guts were really upset and refused to be efficient. I had to lie down and moan, clutching my tummy in agony until the gas started passing through me. And even then, I still had a bad tummy ache… it took forever to feel better. I kept passing gas as my tummy cramped painfully, making me whimper in pain.

Today I had to run to the toilet immediately upon waking up, holding my upset tummy and moaning as my bad belly relieved itself. My belly has been feeling unwell all day. It’s not quite diarrhea, but my tummy is sick and unhappy. I’m still bloated and uncomfortable, and my guts are rumbling and feeling really full. I need someone to take care of my sick tummy 😔

even the first part of my plan to bloat myself as full as possible was stupid. two liters of whole milk. more than half a gallon. in my poor lactose intolerant tummy. and then i mixed it with creamer that may or may not have been expired. it was so sweet and heavy but it tasted sooooooooo good. my tummy started bubbling and bloating almost immediately and i already felt so heavy from the dairy, but there was still some give to my belly, so i knew i could fit more!! i drank another liter of water on top of everything. that’s when my tummy really started to hurt. my sides were sticking out from how swollen i was. i didn’t stop there even though i already felt like i could pop. i unbuttoned my pants for some extra room and drank one more liter of water. over a gallon of liquid in my tummy. ooooooooh i felt so full and sloshy. every time i moved i was almost sick. i couldn’t suck my belly in at all and my shirt couldn’t cover how bloated i was. i couldn’t stop burping, my tummy was just so desperate to make some room. i moved to the bathroom as the burps got wetter and wetter… i ended up getting in the shower and rubbing my belly while letting the hot water hit my back. i pressed on my tummy just a little bit and everything came spewing out of me… i’m not so full anymore but my guts are still bloated and bubbly…. they just keep gurgling….

I got overstuffed earlier today..er...well, by accident. And it went not very well, i got to feel pretty swollen and heavy. So to fix that I decided to swallow a liter of kvas. (After a bit of supoer ofc.) Very fermented unpasterized fizzy drink. Its harder to drink than milk and its gassy...and totally alive. It keeps fermentation inside my stomach, I can feel it. It will destroy my toilet for sure...
