From a few months ago ... was feeling incredibly nauseous and trying anything to puke ♡ chugged an old bottle of diet soda i had in the fridge and almost couldn't get it all down gagging the last few sips, but it still wouldn't come up, hanging over the toilet ...
i ate some strawberry oatmeal and a banana for dinner, but it wasn't sitting right, and was making me so nauseous. i just wanted it to go away, so i drank water to make it come up easier. i have several more recordings from tonight... if this does well.
I didn't get a recording of this because it was so unexpected, but a few days ago I was laying in bed and drinking some water out of a glass, and it came right back up with little bits of whatever I ate last swimming around in the glass ... it was so gross I almost puked looking at it ...
Hello everyone ... ♡ I have been very sick all week but finally feeling better ... I ended up taking myself to the doctor to get some medicine because I was so nauseous constantly ... I will post more audios this week but for now, here is the one where I finally puked ♡
It was the morning after my post recent audio ... I spent most of the night gagging and emptying out from the other end but never puking ... I was so upset, all of that stuffing gone to waste ... I drank lots of water and early that morning I got up to go to the bathroom again and I gagged so hard when I pushed that I thought I was going to throw up into my hands ... I sat down on the floor in my underwear and leaned over the bathtub for a while and rubbed my nauseous belly, burping and burping ... I was so tired and not expecting to puke but finally it came up and it felt so good ♡
I've been dealing with a stomach flu and the nausea has been awful, but not bad enough to puke more ... so I tried to stuff myself ... I made myself probably 20-25 chicken dumplings for dinner and ate them all, burnt a few but didn't want them to go to waste ... I sat on the couch as decided I was really going to pile it on, so I had 8 cups of peach yogurt (I really don't like peach, it was hard to get that down) a slice of chocolate cake, and a big, thick chocolate chip cookie ... I didn't realize how full I was until I started chugging water ... I had about four full glasses of water, the last one being chugged at the beginning of this audio, but it was too much, I couldn't even finish it ... my belly has never hurt so much and been so tight in my life ... every time I sat up I felt it coming up my throat, bit I couldn't get much more out than spit and what was sitting at the very top ... there were two times where I leaned back to wipe my mouth, and had to quickly lean forward again to puke up a tiny little bit, and that felt so, so good ... I wish I was more successful ... my poor belly was so hard all night long ... I got up so many guttural burps ...

I need some tips on how to puke faster ...I feel so sick... I chugged a soda and now I'm just more nauseous and it won't come up but I know it needs to ... my poor belly ...
I was too sick last night to post the audio when it happened, but here is the second time I puked ... it was only an hour after the first time, I went back to bed to nurse my belly and it didn't feel better, so I went back to the bathroom ... I rubbed my sick tummy and hung my head into the toilet bowl to see if it would come up faster, because when I tried to force it, nothing would come up except for spit ... thankfully it came up soon enough ♡ This time felt even better than the first time, the burps felt so good but my belly was still so so sick
This audio is a bit messed up and overlaps a few times but I hope it's still enjoyable ♡
I puked 2 more times over night and my belly is still so sick and bloated ... I was too out of it to post when it happened, so I'll post today ♡
It seems like I've really caught the stomach flu ...
Ive been nursing a belly ache all day long, I had a big, heavy breakfast and thought that maybe my tummy was unhappy with me, but now I know it needs to come up ... I burped up a little in my hand when I was sitting in bed before I moved to the toilet ... I haven't gotten very much up but I know more is coming ... I had to swallow back a little while writing this post so I think it's coming up very soon ... it burned my throat but it feels good
love listening to your audios and fantasizing about being there with you, feeling your churning belly and hearing those wonderful burps and gags. oh how i'd love to pull your head into my lap so you could puke all over me
I would do anything to puke up on someone else, especially your lap ... it's so lonely just in the toilet ...
I think I caught a stomach bug ... my belly hasn't been feeling good all day and I thought it was because I had too much to eat for breakfast, but I feel worse now and my belly is super bloated and upset, I can't keep my burps down ... I tried to puke but I think my belly isn't ready yet ... I don't want to force it yet ...
It's been a while ... I got really nauseous while driving again this past Friday, but this time it was because I had too much to eat at a work party </3 I never know when to stop when it comes to free food, I just keep eating and eating... my favorite from this outing was some shrimp alfredo a coworker brought ... it was a little greasy but the shrimp were so big and it felt so nice and warm in my belly, I couldn't stop eating it ... and I had too many desserts too, cheesecakes and brownies ... I was trying to keep my burps to myself until I got to my car ... the seat belt was so tight and I couldn't see it under my stuffed tight belly ... there was so much saliva in my mouth that i just ending up spitting it all into my lap ... I would have loved to puke all of this up, it really felt like i was going to, but it didn't happen no matter how hard I tried ...
the long awaited reupload of me puking bananas n sprite on myself :) still wanna do this again sometime.. the cleanup was a pain because this was so chunky and solid because of the bananas haha. anyway hope yall enjoy <3 sorry it took so long
I decided to see how much water I could really dribk till i started puking. It turns out abt more than a half gallon! Then I start to vomit it all up. Enjoy
Before my roommate left for work, she forced me to eat something. I'm so glad she left trash bags and paper towels next to my bed.
I so badly wish she could've stayed because it had felt so nice when she rubbed my back last night despite me making a mess.
I had too much to eat tonight ... I split it to three parts so you can play them all at the same time ♡
I attended a party and I always stuff myself too full when there's free food ♡ I stuffed my belly full of little snacks that I wasn't counting, especially lots of sweets, brownies, cookies and cupcakes ... the icing on the cupcakes was so good, but it all started sitting bad in my tummy after I got a drink down ... I tried to make some room on the toilet but I couldn't get anything out ... I wanted so badly to sit in the bathroom and burp for some relief but the walls were too thin for me to do it in private..
I tried for the rest of the night to rub my tight, full and bloated belly in secret, and somehow tempted myself into eating more sweets and drinking flavored lemonade, and that's really, really not sitting good ... a friend even asked if I was okay, I'm not good at hiding my bellyaches..
I started burping and moaning on my drive home, I felt so sick ... there were a few times there where some of it splashed up but I didn't get to puke up anything yet ... hoping soon, but usually when I eat too much like this, I just have to suffer with a sour, full belly until some of it digests and I can get it out ... I rubbed myself a little while I was burping up...

No pukes to report so far, but tonight I'm very full, I'm out at a party and I've had too much to eat .. my belly is all bloated and hard, I had to unbutton my pants and untuck my shirt to hide how it's poking out ... I really need to burp up some of this gas but I think I'll have to wait until I drive home, I just try to rub it when I can ... ughh my belly ..
