That’s a good deal more than I expected for Amsterdam. Is it spread across the police officers there or it mostly falls on one?

Is it? I heard of it but never knew much more other than it’s European.

It’s spread on all districts, not just one district or officer. 

It’s associated with some really old German villages and Austria, I think.

It’s not, unfortunately. I wish that that kind of violence was fictitious - but nope. 

My mom doesn’t know how to work a computer properly, so she likes to go out with a few of her friends.

I imagine Sam and Derek will immerse me in whatever this celebration is. It would surprise me if the Krampus makes an appearance at some point. 

It’s usually between 5-10, depending on the day it could be more. 

Isn’t Krampus German?

It’s fucking freezing cold out, it’s the best excuse to invite over some friends for a sleepover… after all, sharing body heat is the best way to stay warm. Am I right, or am I right, officer Ben? What about you, got any plans? 

You and I both. I’m astounded. She’s alright, she’s just got a shiner on her cheek, it’s not that bad of one, thank goodness, but it’s still enough. That is... Definitely one way to stay warm, that’s for sure. I was just going to watch some Netflix, maybe go for a run, not super sure yet. I take it you’re inviting some people over?

Are you taking part in the holiday celebrations they have in this country? Sam mentioned something about Sinterklas? I don’t understand a lot of the traditions here.

That’s my mistake, I apologize - Mrs. Hale. I’ve got a lead on him, I was trailing him. so I’m going to follow it and see where it goes. 

I might, yeah. It depends on how much time I have off from work to take part in it this year. How about yourself?

Got a call from my mom yesterday, apparently she got punched while Black Friday shopping back home. Toronto’s certainly changed cine the last time I was home. I hope everyone’s weekend’s been going well.

We have one, but someone at the station is being stubborn about me going after it. I’m taking some time off at the end of the week to investigate.
