Moondancer was a young dragon, pale green, with horns and crest and wingbones of pearl. Aside from her great wings, she was no larger than a warhorse, and weighed less. She was very quick, however, and Sunfyre, though much larger, still struggled with a malformed wing and had taken fresh wounds from Grey Ghost.

game of thrones fandom blogs are really surreal because they’re engaging whole-heartedly with grrm’s fantasy body of fakey historical documents like they’re larping actual historians, but they’re doing it to answer purely fandom-ish questions like “is this dude a good dude or a bad dude.” we’re talking countless paragraphs trying to parse the reliability and intentions of biased fake narrators and the documentary evidence they left behind to have bitter arguments about whether it’s ok to have a fan crush on a character 0.001% of game of thrones fans have ever even heard of. it’s breathtaking really

my new tinfoil theory, based solely on daemon mentioning unclaimed dragons and the camera cutting to rhaena, is that hotd is gonna delete nettles from the narrative and give her role to rhaena.

do I think this will actually happen? no. but it would be very funny if the answer to "how will they handle nettles??" is simply "no nettles."

buuut this shot is probably just setting up rhaena trying and failing to claim a dragon and then rando girl nettles coming in and claiming a badass dragon and rhaena looking vaguely sad in the background while nettles gets all the attention from her dad/actual characterization that she never got
